Ordered mine from them a couple of weeks ago and had no probs at all. They sent me email confirmation and then text me the morning they were going to deliver to offer me the option of changing it to another day, which i did'nt. The guy delivering then rang me 1/2 hour before he was going to deliver, then delivered as promised. I even got a proper paper reciept through the post a coupld of days later. All i can say is keep ringing them.

Try the other suggestion first (not the wing off :rofl: ) If that fails then you need to get the screwdriver in between the rubber and the wing (be careful). But seriously its easy :)

Easy peasy :) Just ease one side out (small slotted screwdriver maybe - be careful) and they'll literally pull out :)

I 'think' the PTU is like an ignition unit or something along those lines :) Mine has a S2 now, so no probs with that in the future for me :nana2:
