I have recently changed insurance companies, from 2.6k FC to 800TPFT from Admiral to Elephant. Both companies are in the same building yet it has taken over 10days since receiving my Motor Insurance Certificate for Admiral to even begin processing my refund meaning I have now gone overdrawn (Other policy came out the other day).
