Over winter, if you continue to wash the car as normal, will you still need a cover?

My starter motor is a bit hit and miss so decided to change it. Is this an easy fix? There are two insulated wires running down the length of the car, are they connected?

After 2 months of the zx being off of the road due to a little smash and mix up with the insurance, I finally get to pick her up today :) New wheels, new paint and new suspension. If you open and close a dispute case, takes about 14days in total. the buyer who didnt pay for the tickets has to pay your fees!

Follow the unpaid item dispute and close the case. You get your fees credited back to you providing all was genuine. I recently had this over a car I sold.
