One month in from buying my zed and my first problem has occured (I feel part of the forum now :) ). I went for a meal yesterday, 10miles away from my house, didnt particularly drive hard, parked up outside the restaurant and went in. Came back to the car, turned the key and it wouldnt start (It normally starts first time). I gave it a break of a few minutes then tried again whilst pumping the gas and it started after about 5seconds of ignition. However, this morning it started first time just with an idle that jumped from 1.5k down to .5k and back up again. What could be causing this? Is it a fuelling problem? I am still under warranty so would ideally like to get it sorted whilst covered.

What we got today then ladies and gents? Ive got 4chicken cajun cobs, my chicken breasts and pasta, some dunking bikkies, grapes, cherries and an apple.

This might be a daft question but, how is it used? Polish like you would paintwork but more aggressively or put on leave and rub off?

Unfortunately, my initial idea of negligence on the part of developer has been thwarted due to no direct contract between your mum and the developer and negligence claim has to be within 15yrs. Survey is also irrelevant as it was made to a previous tenant and had no effect in your mum buying the house. Sorry to have wasted your time :( Never trust a third partys price(Your nextdoor neighbour) though, get at least 3 quotes on the works/stance, roofing can be quite costly because of the height of work. An impartial view by a surveyor/inspector wont get it fixed so in my opinion it might be better to cut out the middle man and just get the repairs done.

When do points run out? Is it 3 years? I got some 06/2004 so hopefully its 3 years...

How old are the flats? Did your mum buy from the property developer and how many years ago? What kind of survey was taken out at the time of moving in? Was any mortgage needed? Taking a law view on things if worst comes to worse.
