if they changed it the oil filter will be blue colour, any other colour and it may not even be a real nissan oil filter :shock:

Thats all it is, all it does is fool the ecu into thinking that more air is entering the engine then actualy is, so the ecu adds fuel to the 'extra' air. i beleve it also affects the timing too. :mac1:

really? just wonderd as i'm getting a surge in power and just wanted to check the o2's by disconecting them one at a time and seeing if it goes. but dont want to risk damage to the engine

I've got a little problem and i think its an O2 sender, what would happen if i unplug them and drive about? will it brake anything with them disconected? will it run too lean etc? Cheers people Mathew [Edit as I can't spell]

Sounds like big ends have gone m8, if its a loud knocking from the engine then its defo that, bad news is if it was smokeing then it may have come up and cracked the head :( but it may not be. Got my fingers crossed for ya that its not
