  1. I WAS going to do this but in light of the RR today...perhaps not. there are more pressing matters to be dealt with... Cheers anyway though Andy!
  2. looks very nice...love the interior!
  3. lol...yes we took the old one off first! :slap: Its a pod from zcentre so i would have though would be suited perfectly for fitting to the zed but only has one hole at the top for a screw. The problem being that it lines up with a hole in the pillar where the old one 'clipped' in so not much there for a screw to grip onto. Even if this was somehow screwed in at the top...the middle length of the strip still sags away from the pillar with the weight of the gauges....:( did you screw along the length of the pod? It doesn't have holes and I'm not sure I want to create any if I can avoid it...
  4. Hello all Had a go at fitting my new gauges today with Jimmy (cheers bud!) and found that the zcentre triple pillar pod doesn't seem to have any way of attaching it to the A-pillar  There is a screw hole near the top but nothing to screw into on the pillar. I know a few peple on here have the same/similar pods so was wondering what you all did to fix it in place? Thanks in advance
  5. Sorry for your loss Dave...hope you're managing ok. Just remember the good times...All the best
  6. Andy Do you think this stuff your mate sells could be used on all the interior panels as its 'like alcantara' or would it be better suited to smaller panels like the gauge hood?
  7. ooo...this looks interesting...what does it do then??
  8. :cry::cry: That's a damn good mate's rate either way!! I do likw those dc2's though....sexxayyy...
  9. where you get that offer from bud?? Anymore???
  10. I'd be very interested in the answer to this. I've decided to replace the stock senders but if possible would like to keep them...
  11. True but it says that you have to update the database regularly to make sure the snooper is up to date on camera locations etc....so I was just wondering whats to say that they have updated it adequately... nevermind..I'm just nit picking....it does seem like a very good price! Cheers for the find!

Holland v Germany final although I'm hoping its Holland v Spain. Not very impressed with Holland today though but Russia certainly have but then that's Hiddink for you! Student vs Teacher...
  13. As in do they really keep the database up to date? I understand how it all works but would you have any options against them if you got snapped by a camera because the snooper didn't alert you to it? Just wondering...that's all...
  14. i personally LOVE that look. Seen it on a few cars recently. The only thing is that at night time I don't think you'd notice as much so would lose the presence? didn't someone on here have their Zed painted in some random paint usually reserved for choppers? Can't think who it was...but I'm sure someone will be along shortly...
  15. I would do almost anything for all those CF pieces!!
  16. not if you find a way to get them classified as terrorists! He may even PAY YOU to do it then.....
  17. Rubbish!! really??? I'm sure evidence to back your allegations wouldn't go amiss...:p
  18. rofl......surely u can't be that bad looking that you need a zed to get guys?? ;-p
  19. lol....interesting how you posted a pic of the car rather than a li k to the advert itself.....'my precious!'.....lol...gorgeous car tho!
  20. one of my closest mates works on F1 cars. he used to be in the aguri team but now is in honda proper....designs bits on the car i believe...
  21. just to add...althought the insurance company itself will have an 'ombudsman' themselves who is supposed to look into this, there is nothing stopping you from contacting either the Financial Services Authority or the Financial Ombudsmnen Service to see where you stand so far. They can often advise you on what further evidence you require for them to look into it properly. The FSA basically requires ALL insurance companies/banks/mortgage lenders etc to comply with their rules and regs promising to not take the p out of consumers and in return they get the priveledge of trading! The FOS are the ones that actually look into any consumer complaints. They are independant from FSA AND the insurance company so they will consider both sides equally. Once they decide, the insurance company HAS to comply (if they side with you). If they side with the insurance company, you have no further recourse. They are the last line of defence unfortunately. Have a whizz on the website for the FOS (google search) and take down some details of the process to file a complaint and reel a bit of this off with the insurance company the next time you're on the phone. Hopefully you've been keeping notes of dates/times/names of contacts for all your contact so far. This should give them the eebie jeebies into sorting something for you. I did something similar last night with my orange contract problem and it seems to have worked...but will find out for sure tomorrow! Good luck pal!
