air compressor advice
Personally mate, that compressor is ok for small jobs where constant air delivery is not required, but if you are looking to paint a car, a 5 HP motor is what I would recommend as the demmand will be constant. Don't forget also that the bigger the storage tank, the less water per air ratio. The last thing you need when painting a car is for the compressor to cut out while it recovers the pressure and the paint to dry. For that kind of money, a good second hand one would be a better choice in my mind. Hope this helps.

Modified Live! NEXT EVENT >> SNETTERTON CIRCUIT 10th OCTOBER 2010
If we are able to get a little more interest, I will contact 'Snetty' and reserve an area for us. This was a good show last year with loads going on. There will be some oustanding machinery on display and on the track along with all the other usual attractions.;) If you think that you can genuinely make the show for the day, post here.

It's a MOT failure, so your car won't be legal in the eye of the law.

I take it EA are giving this a miss again??

modified live snetterton 10th oct
We should all meet up and get the motors on show then and not have to leave them in the car park. This is a good opportunity for the EA region. Nic, yes I saw the stir you caused by painting the wheels bright orange. Good luck to ya mate, it's your motor and it's your taste that counts. I thought they looked like the Porsche touring car wheels.....cool. Hope ya well mate, see you there.

Are you the owner of.....
It's a tasty looking car. I wonder why he's not on the forum???

Are you the owner of.....
Ok, I know this should really be posted in the 'Was it you' section but, I've already tried. There is a gorgeous bayside/electric blue Zed that I keep seeing on the way to work. It is always between Mundford and Swaffam when I see it. Can anyone shed some light on this, is the owner on this forum?

Meet in Norfolk...
I went over in the 300, no one there, no cars just rain. Never mind, next time.

Steering pulls
Was it four wheel laser alignment or two?
-
Steering pulls
Is the car on standard suspension? Are the shocks and springs ok? I'll try and get a good link for the tracking figures.
-
Steering pulls
Sounds like you still hace too much 'Toe out' set up. If you are physically being pulled (Front only, not crabbing) with no input on the steering then one of your wheels is set up wrong. Wheel balancing should not effect Toe in-toe out as it is there to compensate for variations of weight in the wheel and tyre when mated together. Is it the same garage that you have used three times? If so, I would take it back to who ever did the tracking and ask to be shown the process as they do it and ask where they are getting there set-up figures from as all cars are different, although there are a lot that are common (the garage could of used one of these settings). You can get the settings off the net or from Nissan.

Wtf!!!!
I agree with Car.Mad. As a standard car the 300 should nail the new mini, but as previously mentioned, we spend ££££££££££ trying to sqeeze extra donkeys out of our engines, so don't you think other models of car have had their owners tinkle and play with the power plant? This said, a poor performing 300 will struggle against a 'new out of the factory', under 7 second 0-62 hot hatch. As more of these new hot hatch sport models are released, we will see more and more that challenge the 300's performance, but, these motors are also 'knocking on the door' of the Supercar perfomance also. Hasn't the 300's big sister the GTR just challenged all Supercars; can you imagine owning £300,000 of car and being out-run by a £60,000 car. It's not all bad, you drive a Zed.

Blue one is normally a remote wire. Take a feed off something that has a constant feed like the hazards switch, lights etc
