I've had an idea now for quite a while about how to produce electricity from a unused source. What would be the best thing to do? And who would i tell without the idea being nicked?And without having to spend loads on patents. Steve

Right where do i begin? Having my engine now fully built and ready to go in we have hit a snag. The Pentroof style manifolds wont take an internal wastegate:smash: as the acctuator is in the way on the drivers side. So what i am thinking is.Sell these (Garrett GT28R with HKS acctuators and Leons custom built 5 stud down pipes) And going for something bigger to accomidate these manifolds. What are my options? Well he has 4 weeks and finished or not its going. If its finished i dont want to drive it all the way home (motorway) on a new engine. And if its not its going anyway and ill do it myself as ive allready had the engine out before when i changed my turbos and manual conversion. The only reason it went there in the first place was i didnt have time to do it myself.

Very soon now i have been arranging the transport tonight

Last week i bought a Acer Aspire 8920G all singing and dancing with a 18.4 screen here in Spain.Now this thing is HUGE its like a bloody paving slab. However the assistant told me it had the software for Eglish installed.TW@T LIED.:mac1: Apparently Windows Vista Home Premium only has the language from the country you buy it. Now i realy liked this PC but everyone i talk to says Acer are crap.So im now looking for one with simular spec. Anyone Help? Thanks Steve

Its just i have this bloody big paving slab sat on my coffee table and i cant do anything with it. Hi Vijay yeh i tried that but its still in Spanish and allthough i speak a bit of it i would still prefer it in English. Ive just downloaded a language pack on my other laptop so fingers crossed.

Hi Who did you get to tune your AEM. As hopefully mine will be getting near that stage soon:o The other problem i have is im using Tomie 260 degree cams with solid lifters and springs,so was wondering if the CAS plate would be different again? Thanks Steve

Well i will be in touch with him this week and i hope he will have a result for me as otherwise it will be a towtruck and a van.

The problem is, is that i work in Spain and when ive threatened to take it to Phills he has always come up with an excuse so ive given him another chance. The phrase out of sight out of mind comes to mind. Anyway things are finaly coming to a head now and it shouldnt be much longer as its only the gearbox to mate up (so he says). Im sending someone around next week to check on it..as i have a lot of money invested there and i want to be able to use it. Has anybody been up there latley and seen an engine with Pentroof manifolds sitting around?

Hi Dewi Sorry to hear about your box. The job is straight forword enough the only hard part is the top bell housing bolts. You have to put a jack under the front pully and i used a zip gun with a load of extensions. If you want to borrow my gun its at Dave Macs and its battery opperated so no need of a compressor. Steve
