  6. I put a unortherdox racing one on mine and you can definatly feel the difference oh and i ripped out all my aircon while i was there for even less drag.

  11. Ive just orderd a set of GT28Rs after talking to Eric and Peter Nendles,There is quite a bit of modification allyhough noting to serious there is a good write up on TT |Net about their fitting from HakkenTT.
  12. Here's a tip put 2 ball bearings in the gun and shake them every pass. Make sure the bearings are clean. This will stop setelment and give you an even finish. :cool:

  14. HI folks its turbo changing time. In the next couple of weeks im gona pull my engine to change my turbos. I have a 90 SWB auto and was wondering can i leave the gearbox in the car and just undo the bellhousing bolts? Is there enough room to drag the engine forward to clear the torque converter?And do i realy have to remove the alternator and power steering pump?(didnt realy look when i changed my cambelt :smash: ) Any help moochly appreciated. Thanks Steve :cool:

  19. And i thought i was going over the top with the new Nissan burnt orange. The bloke i orderd it from phoned me back an hour later and said "are you sure you want 4 liters of this?Its only just come out"LOL. 2 weeks in the paintshop as from Monday.
  20. If its an auto it can be done without moving or lowering anything,I did mine about 6 weeks ago.Not the easiest of jobs but it can be done.
  21. I dont know if im barking up the wrong tree here but i think 2nd and 4th are on the same shaft,could be the carrier bearings are fooked.somebody corect me if im wrong.Best of luck anyway.

  23. check you havent over tightened the screw it only needs to be hand tight.
  24. Ive got the tools {drill,taps,etc} but im worried about weakening the boss.
