  4. Ive just put my drivers side back on! Im sure there are two? One by the engine block Through the front of the Plenem & one further fwd. Mines a TT Auto Import is there a difference as in a NA? Im not at home at the moment so cant check till later!
  5. Hi! I'm no mech or specialist! But isn't smoke from exhausts burning oil or water? Who did ur compression test if that is good then could be a problem at the top of the engine? If water getting into the exhausts then a compression test on the coolest system should help? I will let other zedders with better skills make comments. Hoping u get it sorted.

  7. U need to find sauce of leak. All my hoses were good & my pump was the cause! Here are the hoses!

  9. Must have had a senior moment this morning! Here's my plate from three months back! Mines not offset!
  10. I used straight stanley blades not in the knife! Wore garden gloves, its teadies to say the least & took me a couple of hours each side. Tape up ur paint work & take ur time, u need to angle the blade to slice off the old coating.
  11. My plate must have shrunk in the car wash officer:whistling: Has been on for 3 months now, but MOT end of the month will stick on
  12. I did mine with grey prima & black plastic paint One tin each under £15. U do need a Stanley blade to scrape off the paint!
  13. My power steering pump started to leak Finally got my power steering pump off! I took the belt off & to my surprise or horror! the wheel of the pump pulled out & came off!! My new pump arrives Monday. To my surprise my local Nissan dealer had the copper rings large & small for the pipe fittings!
  14. Got lots off to get to Hycas hose fittings! This is my problem! Looking to the Left of engine down at the PAS! The clearance here is 1.5 inches or 35mm! What tool do I need to get this 24mm nut out! There on very tight! As u see got the top one off with my torque reach, Any ideas please
  15. Hi Guys, I am in the middle of changing my PAS pump as it is leaking from the front. All the power hoses are in good order. My Q is when fitting the new one & the hoses that attach where can I get the gasket & washers from? Can or should I also use Blue sealing compound? Any advice please it is a PITA job!

  18. The top bit with 300zx on it, I got from Mike our forum trader about £100 Most are reddish but that's the old ones & time has discoloured them, new ones are black.

  22. Hi nice looking Z u have. Real head turner. To insert images when u press new reply the top row of icons, Look at 4th from R when u put ur cursa on it it says insert image & click on it. This opens up a new box take it from there.
