It could be ur meter reading all low not necessarily cylinder low? Could also be how you tested the cylinders. You haven't mentioned before the engines running badly, so why the test? Shortening the auto lever is fine & looks good. But there is a release mechanism at the front of the shifter! What's happened to that?

Pressing out old bushes & replacing poly ones requires a fly press ( I think that's the name) From what I remember it was the front ones!

Cranking the engine over a few times before it runs is not a big issue is it? I've heard many modified engines take a few turns to burst into life. Best to get a zed friend to check it over if ur worried

Unfortunately like most! last Tuesday to now Saturday? R u taking any meds? Anti inflams, painkillers? Have u iced it 30 mins twice a day since? Possibly no! Massaged? Any heat treatment now & or stretching? Maybe not? See a physio

Muscular tendenous junction? Or pulled muscle in calf is painful & makes the calf swell, hard & painful to walk. Need to assess u have not had an Achilles repture? Thomas test & Achilles' tendon palpation ! See a physio

Took the Z for a drive this afternoon! Bad mistake it absolutely pored down as I got on the M20 to Ashford! Stopped on the way home for afternoon cakes.

I live in Folkestone & can't do Bristol To Dover in 55 mins! Maybe means Calais to Brussels ?
