Drove my car home from Beaulieu, after a great weekend.

Have to agree with Simone and Steve it was a great meeting, it was good to meet up with old and new faces, the weather was kind to us in the end, just a small shower to rinse the road dirt off as the convoy arrived. Thanks to Hellraiser for taking Groovers Z mats off me. Looking forward to this meeting next year, already rebooked our hotel.

I've been thinking about what could have been better at the Coventry meeting, this is by no means a criticism of the people that attend that meeting or the organizers, but it would of been good to have had a group gathering when we first got their, so that the meeting organizers and any club officials could be introduced to the members attending the meeting as a way of breaking the ice to new members or members who's first meeting it might be. Just a thought.

Thanks Si, this is the best I've had it looking, loads still to do, need to straighten the bodywork out and give it a full respray. I wince sometimes when I look down the sides of the car, so many car park dings. Yes, see you on Sunday.

This is more like what I did yesterday and today, Yesterday I sprayed my n/s front wing in aj4 I think it was ag2. I let the paint go off over night the finish from a rattle can was very good and the shade looked very close ( got the paint from Halfrauds ) so all that was needed was a little nib back with some 1200 wet and dry and some T-Cut, only problem was that after that was done I stepped back to admire my work and realized that I would have to do the rest of the car. Here are the results of my two days work.

Sprayed the n/s wing the same colour as the rest of the car, no pictures yet I need to give it a T-Cut. I have to say that I have three different shades to pick from on the car, lol

It's more the drivers can't handle the cars, lol
