i don't like limo's either but it's hardly a serious crash test, if you were sitting in the back at the time of impact you would put your hands up to defend yourself so you could walk away before the camera's turned up to show you were an arse for hiring a Limo!

Well i spun my car several times took of over an embankment (still spinning) and came to a stop in the fast lane of the M8 facing the wrong way, all because i was driving too fast, i even said it was my fault at the time of the accident but because 3 cars passed me and i was hit by the fourth it was deemed the other drivers fault because she should have avoided the stationary vehicle as the other had. Will be interesting to hear the outcome.

So are you saying you can't park facing oncoming traffic? The guy was parked and two guys got in then the car was hit and your defence is i knew his door shouldn't have been protruding into oncoming traffic so i just rammed him:headvswal

I'd report it to the police to keep yourself right and get the incident number, i'd be very surprised if they tried to blame you as you were stationary for quite a considerable time.

I disagree, its obvious it was clear as one person has managed to get in the back and then the other passenger in the front then the car was hit.

If you were stationary its not your fault, its also in the highway code that you should leave about 3-4 feet or a doors width when passing parked cars.

If the clutch was slipping it needs replacing, i think its just coincidence that you've adjusted the manual boost controller and it seems fine. Sometimes a clutch will work fine until there's a bit of heat build up after 10-20 minutes driving but if it has been slipping it needs replacing.
