Feeling so low at the minute
I think that reading the messages on here say a lot about not just you but the people who genuinely care about you. You will get through this difficult time. Reading all the comments on this thread show that there are a lot of people who are going through similar circumstances but have not spoken out before now as to how they feel. Talking about or chatting or posting about your problems does relieve a lot of the burden as this post has shown and also that you are not alone. But it is up to the individual to take control of the situation and realise that you are not alone and if people did not care they would not offer their support. I don't want this reply to sound cheesey, its a heartfelt offer of support to all the members experiencing difficult times. If anyone dissagree's come and see me.

a tip
I was going to buy somthing similar from ebay but it was £20, you get some abrassive to treat the leather first. Did you do anything to the leather before applying and did you use a brush or a cloth to apply the dye as i'm very interested but would rather pay a fiver than £20 only for them to give me a bottle of dye and a bit of sandpaper. :hurl:

Turbo Removal
Having removed my autobox as it was knackered i decided to do the tubs also, having read all the advice about having to take the engine out i thought this was unnecessary. Got the n/s one off ok and the drivers one looks not too bad if i remove the steering linkage but my advice is pull the engine, as its going to be a b*****d to get the new ones back on. So i'm a little downhearted as the nearside turbo was perfect and didn't need renewal and the offside one is smoking badly and i was told the seals had gone. Is it always best to do both rather than just the one. I suppose this saves having to remove the engine again if the other goes but is there anyone who has just replaced the one turbo and not had to do the other one at a later date.

Annoying TV Adverts.
I hate that advert for "Dept Matters" with the classically trained actor talking about his friend who got into dept and just ignored it hoping that it would go away. We all know its you who you are talking about because you can't act and get work. Sorry about that got into a bit of a rant.

Can't wait for your birthday, will arrange a pipe band to wake you up early. Totally agree with not working on your birthday, always made sure i was off..... sometimes was so ill on my birthday was affraid it might be contageuous so stayed off to help others. Anyway Come on St George!!
-
Fancy an extra days holiday??
Just for the record this site states Burns Night for Scotland but its St Andrews day on November 30th and its not a holiday either. So all Scots vote for St George's day for a holiday then maybe you can get one too. No i'll take that back, then the wife will be home an extra day.

Fancy an extra days holiday??
That sites great you can vote as many times as you like, i'll put matchsticks in my eyelids and stay up clicking NO! Just remembered as i don't work i can continue my quest all week. So No Caravans!!!
-
Fancy an extra days holiday??
I'll vote yes then as it doesn't make any difference to me as i don't work. All you English guys probably deserve it. Just don't come up to Scotland on your day off towing your caravans.

Old tw@t on A19 caused accident
I saw a blue zed in New York. Was that you? Glad you are ok Mark and yes its easy to critise, you did do well to come out unscathed, i've known many people to panic under similar situations.

Old tw@t on A19 caused accident
I have been watching this thread build and i have to say i agree with Nick. The fact that you have stated you saw the hazards in the distance but failed to slow down, you also admit you were speeding in adverse weather conditions (we've all done this) if you saw the hazards in the distance and being in the second car would state that the Saab driver had a better view so why did he not slow down, this would then have caused you to adjust your speed also, then the fact that you couldn't avoid the debry would indicate your stopping diststance between you and the Saab was too close. I've been in this situation but i was the one who was stationary, my car had spun on oil on a bend, the car had spun several times took off over a grass verge still spinning and came to a halt in the fast lane of the M8 facing the wrong way during rush hour. My car had no damage at first but as i sat wondering how to get the car facing the right way a car hit me and spun me round. I drove over to the hard shoulder but the girl who hit me had to have her car towed of the motorway, i was cringing at the metal being dragged along the ground. (She only picked the car up the day before) I even told everyone at the scene that it was my fault but it turned out it wasn't. The lawyers dealing for the insurance company stated that as 2 cars had moved to avoid me then the third car could have avoided me also and that she was either going too fast too allow for a safe stopping distance. I really do feel sorry for marcz32 but i would not have posted this stating all my mistakes as Nick might not be the only police officer viewing this.

How much does a 300ZX autobox weigh?
Can anyone tell me how much an automatic gearbox weighs for a 300ZX. I've just bought one and i am having it shipped to Motherwell but the company i've arranged delivery only deal up to 50kg, this is just under 8 stone. I thought this would be ok but now i am not so sure. If the weather had been better i would have had my own off by now. (I've re-posted this as it was in the wrong forum, sorry)
