  3. its annoying because i know how to use a timing light but i dont own one, and im not going to buy one just to check. most tools i own are because i needed them once This problem at high revs is beyond annoying tho because sometimes it wont change gear for missfiring!
  4. if its just the fob thats not working try changing the battery first, you can get them from tesco for £1
  5. changed the battery in your fob?
  6. If the timing was out could that be the cause of my missfiring at top end problem? I dont understand timing at all, it goes right over my head
  7. seriously, it was spraying everywhere you should have seen it! And, my engine is covered in petrol stains so how long its been like that i dont know!
  8. no need no lads im saved, The smallest finest flathead screwdriver in my arsenal managed to reach. It was an optical illusion, the petrol was spraying from the pipe with the clip under the centre of the throttle cable to the pipe next in line which doesnt have a clip under the plenum closest to the passenger side TB. SAVED! And then i found another one at the top near the fuel dampener! p.s You cannot reach all the hoses by simply removing the throttle cover
  9. it's real arkward(?) because the car doesn't fit in the garage! so ive got to do it on the street
  10. Ive got a petrol leak from a small rubber pipe which runs under the plenum, its leaking at the joint closest to the passenger side throttle body and doesnt have a hose clamp on, i cannot get to it. with any kind of tool! Any info on how to remove the throttle bodies and or plenum?
  11. can you airbrush one of mine and make it look nice
  12. your car sounds GREAT si, love it mate
  13. Mines running abit poop too so the comparisen whould be awfull, when i installed tips on mine a cut the hose further up and used vacuum hose instead because its easier to get the tips into.
  14. they are inside the pipes under the middle two intercooler pipes going to the throttle bodies and can be reached from under the bonnet without much of an issue. the driverside is a bit fiddly though because of the water pipes ps. your having alot of trouble lately eh? Halfords do trolly jacks for about £15
  15. the mig tip left in would restrict airflow to the actuator, just pop it back out
  16. bob on, no issues at all, no stalling, no high or low idle
  17. tbh i think your both right because the whole door feels weak compared to the passenger side
  18. yeah i know, it was interesting but they did go off track abit
