  1. Slipping belt maybe? It was on my Golf with the exact same symptoms as you describe.
  2. Are we posting pics of our wheels???? Here are mine, OZ Canyons.
  3. I'm with you on this one Paul!
  4. I was keen to get a price on some Bomex skirts but getting nowhere with that one :( They are quite subtle..........come on Jock, sell me yours!!!!
  5. Oops.........T-cutted so much the swage lines have rubbed off! Was going to get these filled and smoothed when I got the Z re-sprayed but decided it would be too much filler. Looks well nice though I think.
  6. All off now and doors are extra shiney as t-cutted and waxed it. Better do the rest of the car I guess! The mirror is from when my garage was a gym a few years ago.......the stickers on the garage door are from my jet-ski days!
  7. Just putting the Z away yesterday and thought I would psp it to see what it would be like without the decals.......after posting this I am in my garage taking them off.

This sounds like a laugh......count me in.
  10. Oh right. Ignore that then! :(
  11. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=19419&highlight=gurgle or this might help for starters.
  12. Do a search on "gurgle" and I reckon there will be a fair bit of info there.
  13. Join tt.net first for a discount on Courtesy. And you got to allow for shipping and tax don't forget. The PTU for £100 could well be a series 2, if it was then I would go for that.
  14. I wouldn't personally pay £100 for a series 1. Purely for the fact that there is no gaurantee how long it will last. Could be a day, or a year or 5 years! Get onto Courtesy - $180 for new series 2......you can't go wrong.
  15. How old is your Z? If yours has started to fail then I would think yours is a series 1. I've been told a series 2 will never die.
  16. Click for series 2
  17. Yes, they are very different. The "old" one (series 1) has kind of metal fins on it where the new one is just a smooth plain black finish. I will try and find a pic.....
  18. Make sure PTU is a series 2.
  19. I've gone for quality not quantity..... Renault 5 GT Turbo...at 18 years old I got pulled over twice a week at least by the pork chops. Loved that car though but drove like a nutter in it. Audi Coupe Quattro 20V.....excellent build quality, sounded nice too. E36 BMW.....kitted this one up but really it was all show and no go. 300ZX fav to date without a doubt. Golf GTI 8V mk2 second car for cheap insurance on Z and for surfing missions!
  20. Very well said mate. Spot on.

  22. I have had nothing but wasted time with NTL.
  23. Strappy vest tops - I got a thing about them! Ahem, not on me of course.
  24. Nice one Jim..........lets have a pic of the Skyline then!!
  25. Too late to add me Garry?
