Good point Billy. How about Mr Beat Plod catching Mr Burglar when he smashed my window? NO CHANCE IN THAT. Best chance of them getting caught is if they speed away???? WTF?????? How fucked up is that?

YAWN...........how many speeders are escaping burglars? There is NO justification of the way motorists are persecuted. End of. Concentrate on harder to catch "criminals" and cut us some fookin slack. I don't mean to be hostile towards you but the resources used to catch those "dangerous speeders" is simply ridiculous. The way government reports are twisted and worded to justify it makes me sick.

Got to the gates of this last year and then drove off again! It looked total pants. It may have improved, who knows? If you do go, I hope I'm wrong! Stu, SMW1, didn't you go last year?
  4. Kitted yellow Z............anyone? Looked very nice.
  5. Welcome.........back........we all new it! Nice one Tony.
  6. I reckon a ham and lettuce sandwich or a small animal, ie a mouse.

Isn't the ticket just in duplicate? Why would the police copy be any different to the one handed over? "No chance mate".......I can hear the smugness in your voice from here. What if the reg wasn't on the police copy? Would that make any difference? "Not likely" to get off, is not "no chance". "Here to help"........ you're not going to help anyone get off. Your circuitry would probably malfunction and your head will explode.

Location: where you least expect me ..........funny. I would suspect this person is just on a wind up and should be ignored.
  9. Nice one JD, let me know when I can pop up and see you.
  10. Sounds like a tricky one Roy. My mate who got away with it when he was actually stopped by a bike copper and issued with the NIP there and then. Don't even know if there is a hard and fast rule or if its down to the judges discretion each time. Try and find out for definate mate! See what Mr. Solicitor says. Last thing you wanna do is stitch yourself up.
  11. Excellent stuff John! Really good mate.
  12. A mate of mine got away with his offence through an incorrectly completed NIP. I say contest it all the way mate.

I don't even remember asking about them! But then I am getting on a bit now. Interested though, auto. Got a pic? and cheers bud........BONZA! See you in the Diner.
  14. Just a stab in the dark - cat overheating?
  15. I was thinking temp sensor but new sensor and harness a few months ago. Will check though, cheers. Not sure about TPS, doesn't explain why its ok when up to op temp. Again, will check all connections.
  16. http://www.priracing.com you pay for PIAA'S though dude!
  17. Not sure on the wheels but its a WingsWest kit.
  18. I met up with PhilD from here the other day, to collect something from him. He opened the boot and there was two 2pence pieces far left and right, directly where the boot robber mounts close onto the body. He said that stopped his squeeking!
  19. Lasr couple of times I've driven the Z its just felt a little different to normal on start up. Its as if there's no "choke". Revs don't rise any higher than normal temp running conditions. And the revs don't seem to rise at all for the first 3rd of travel/press on the accelerator.....sometimes bursting into life if it does. I've got a new TPS and have recently checked the voltage but not since this problem though. Should I be looking at the IAA valve? After a couple of mins driving all is fine, once its up to operating temp. Nothing too major but its annoying me, know what I mean? Any help appreciated as always.
  20. Super Duper......getting credit card out now.........cheers very much ta.
  21. Nice one Gio. You can really see the difference on your pics! So I guess it is worth the extra for PIAA's.
  22. Where is everyone getting the PIAA bulbs? I just phoned them and they said they can't sell to the general public. Told me to go to http://www.priracing.com £23 each +vat for Superwhites, that sound about right? Time to do the conversion me thinks for my Jap spec. Almost £60 with vat and delivery. Or would you just as much for a UK "Superwhite" bulb? I mean, is it the bulb or the J spec thats expensive? I'll pay if its simply a superior bulb and Jap and UK are the same price, know what I mean? I'm rambling now...... cheque please!
  23. I am getting mine flushed at an auto specialist under line pressure, making sure to get out all the old oil from the torque converter. Think its about £100 IIRC. Pretty sure you will have a drain plug though.
  24. Nice one Gio, thanks for that. Ryan, is it obvious how "too far" will be when drilling?
  25. I have a set of HKS Super Seq's on my auto. It is childish but I love 'em. Great for scaring old people and young girls on the pavement as you go past. Mine are in place of the re-circs.
