Mine is booked in for this in a week or so at DS Engineering in Dartford. £130 for a 35lb kit and £100 per door to fit (+vat). They cut out door handle, weld a plate and fill/smooth over. Let me know if you want their details. They gave me confidence when I spoke to them about this.....makes a change! Alot of people have said to me about getting locked out if battery goes flat but as you said - can always climb in through the boot.

You're right, we take so much sh1t and let these people get away with it. My new wheels, being painted. Dropped them off last thurs and he said ready for sat.......then monday.......then tuesday....... wednesday, thurs and now friday. I'm thinking do I have a go? Do I then get a "not bothered about it" job? Drove a couple of hours to a bodyshop in Southend, told guy what I wanted, was going to be £2-£3k of work, didn't even call me back.
