Seriuosly Nelson, the main thing to consider is whether you have somewhere to store it as its being broken and if you minded getting the money in dribs and drabs. I reckon you're spot on there. The likes of Evo's etc are pretty quick off the mark. Thats not to say the 300 will feel slow but as you say the 30-60 and indeed up to 100mph is awesome. Your best bet is to drive one and see for yourself!

Not sure what the numbers relate to but Mintex 1144's from 3G Brakes are £78.00 and are a good all round pad. They are now saying Green stuff are only good for cars up to 200 bhp. Red stuff take a while to heat up and wear quickly. But I hear Porterfield are the nuts and is what I've gone for.
