  1. By the way........I have spare MAS and fuel pump if you wanted to borrow either.
  2. There a few things it could be. But I would start with - TEMP SENSOR INJECTOR WIRING. MAS. FUEL PUMP (& FUEL CONTROL UNIT) PLUGS (& COILPACKS)
  3. Def worth checking the coolant temp sensor and harness wiring. I am surprised again and again at how much this little bugger is responsible for and the amount of problems it causes if faulty. My latest little misfire was down to this, in fact it wasn't a little misfire-it was running like a complete sack of shite. Got a new sensor and harness and BINGO all lovely again...aahhhhh :D

Nice one Mike. Feel good? :D
  5. In my opinion, no question, Porterfield.
  6. I went for the first time this month but on the wednesday, the Yank night................it was burnout heaven! Really good night. Whats the tues (Jap) night like?
  7. Sounds good, I'd be up for this.
  8. FFS! This is happening all too much recently. There are some right ****s around that deserve a lesson being taught to them. Sorry mate, I winced when I saw the pic. :(
  9. Got the first and last now........yes mate, they look tough.
  10. Added bonus as opposed to what??? This is the ONLY reason I did it! :D (but of course I wanted something that looked ok) £100 which I think is very reasonable.......of course you have to add the cost of getting your bonnet painted again aswell.
  11. LOL......I would've done it the other way around, just do it and then see if I could get another bonnet afterwards if they looked pants! They will look alot better when painted and 99 front on etc. ;) In fact I kinda wish I had waited to post till it was all done but nevermind, I wanted to share my joy with you 'orrible lot. :D
  12. I can never see your attachments, it always says REMOTE LINKING FORBIDDEN?
  13. Stu, I can send you my little penny Z racer from my avatar if you want to tide you over?
  14. Its £5 per louvre for the first 20 louvres then they go down to £2 or £3 after that, it says on the website so have a look on that. I think they would look out of place on a standard Z but mine wont be standard looking for much longer! I did have a conversation about the rain getting in and he said if you were driving in the rain it won't get in but if it was parked up then some might, so I will look at this.
  15. One more pic of the whole car in shot. Forgot to take any pics of the underside of the bonnet. I took off that insulation stuff and they just had to cut out a couple of supports to be able to press in the louvres in the position I wanted. The bonnet is no difference in rididgity. Just got to get it painted now but have more painting to be done so will do it all in one go. Noticed on the way home the temp needle sitting a little lower and when I actually got home, put my hand over the louvres and could really feel the heat coming out!
  16. There we go...........bonnet back on the car. Bolted it straight up but will just have to undo it again to make sure its straight as a tiny uneven gap compared to H/L panel and not having that! He primered around the vents for me where he had rubbed it back to bare metal......whick kinda got me thinking about having a polished bonnet! (seeing as it is aluminium)
  17. Got bored sitting in my car and went for a walk around the smelly farm. Came across this funny sign and took a pic of it!
  18. I am telling my little story of the day.........be patient!
  19. Always nice to perv at any nice chicks that happened to walk past......... my camera just went off - honest it did.
  20. Then he asked me if I would leave him alone as he doesn't like to work with someone watching him. I went and sat in my car but thing was, it was parked next to the biggest pile of horse manure you have ever seen in your life and it fookin stank. (it was the only space)
  21. .....by http://www.coollouvres.com. Guy there is called Brendan and is a good bloke.........they are in Hampshire. So first thing was to get the bonnet off -
  22. Sorry.............dont like them. A bit old school. Hope I haven't just slagged off someone's wheels!?
  23. Ah sh1t man............that is not good, f*cking arsehole! I bet you are mad. Can't tell you why mate, just some pissed fookin ****er I expect. Same thing happened to me a few months ago, while I was MSN to the guys on here. Time I got out the front the guy had gone leaving me with.......(see atachmant, pic of a pic but you get the idea!) A few days T-cutting got every last bit off though, so in a way I was quite lucky. There is a tiny crease towards the front that I know is there but is hard to pick out but that is getting done along with 99 front etc soon anyway.....Point is, yours maybe not as bad as it first looks, clean it up as much as poss and go from there. But a bummer whatever and sorry to hear of it mate!
