yeah they have quite a few shows at crail and have a strip there for some races it is a fair drive for most but got some great roads up here and a show would be a good weekend i recon

had mine last week there are only 5 of us and 1 couldnt make it our head office is in stoke so they had a big night out down that way was in liverpool last year and we went but just stayed local this year they gave us 25 per person for it plus we had saved up scrap money so we didnt need to spend anything was a really good night

just back from the doctors and he is raging with her boss she could hardly speak to the doc for crying incase he didnt sign her off and she had to go back. he has signed her off work for 4 weeks for stress within the workplace and pregnancy related issues and says that will show him so she is feeling a bit better about things even the now iv told her not to call the girls at work but she is telling them about the jobs she had on her desk that need to be processed id have just left them

a little update on this met with an employment lawyer and he says that her boss has done everything wrong. she had to hand in a letter of appeal as her first step which she done this morning. her boss came to her at 9.50 and told her her appeal was at 10 giving her no chance to arrange someone to go with her or even have everything prepared for it. she went into the appeal her boss tried to put her down constatly attempting to make her think that she has no case against him and he is a company and they dont have to follow all the rules. he bullied her that much the meeting had to be stopped half way through as she was crying so much and feeling sick. when she went back in he never changed not willing to listen to alanas side or help make any improvements and told her he will make a decision about her appeal when he can be bothered and that she will have to fight for maternity pay as he isnt paying it. she is now home being sick everywhere and iv told her to go to the doctors and get signed off work the stress of all this while pregnant is to much for her

today my work involved a drive up to nairn then inverness for a few surveys then home. first off i had some idiot try to overtake me while i was overtaking a corsa he clipper my wing mirror on the van never stopped now i have a broken mirror. to the top gear bit yesterday i filled the van up with diesel and went round my local jobs. set off this morning for nairn knowing i had plenty diesel however when i was about to set off back home from nairn the sat nav said i had 179 miles till home and the diesel meter read 171 not a problem i thought il fill up on the way down around the forth road bridge but no even though thats about 30 miles from my house i was about 10 miles from the bridge when the gauge read 0 managed to get to the petrol station to realise i didnt have my wallet. so had £6.60 in my pocket put that it now it says 34 miles and sat nav says 32 till home so spent those miles nursing the van slowly to conserve fuel so i could get to my house get my fuel card and go another 3 miles back to the petrol station. needless to say about 2 miles before my house the guge went to 0 again but i managed with the van stuttering quite a bit to get home and to the petrol station to fill it back up lol least it made my drive interesting lol
