  2. Really? Thats a bargain.. who's doing that?
  3. no worries :D you'l be so chuffed with the manual conversion! if you could do me a favour and remind Darren about the the 2 parts he was gona give you an offer for from your donor Z... it was a sensor of some sorts for the power steering and a part for the aircon - not sure what it was... i dont like to keep phoning him pestering for stuff :) My names Rich - Paul is my dad.. he'l know who we are If he can have the bits and he wants i'l pay you via paypal for them when you sort out a price with him
  4. i did have a look earlier but not really what im looking for yassa... but thanks none the less saying that i wont be buying any yet anyway... i was just bored and started looking around and just wanted to know whether id be ok with 19's cant be spending any money just yet, will be shedding rather a large sum with good ol' Darren on a little something soon ;)
  5. this is true... and it has crossed my mind but im tired of getting metal polish stuck in all the bolts going round, they just anoy me :o
  6. I have fell in love with these... http://wheelsworldwide.co.uk/wheels/dare/hiro/bpl only prob is the rears are 10" which i think may give me grief... or these and get the spokes re-done in black at a later point... cause i cant seem to find any with black spokes as standard http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=350177393050&Category=28648&_trksid=p3907.m29&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26its%3DI%26otn%3D2
  7. 2 reasons... the main 1 is that the lip is starting to go funny in places... like spots of corrosion/loss of colour... the second is that iv never been really happy with the mix of grey spokes and black car... im looking at getting black spokes instead
  8. Sorry i dont have a better pic to judge from... but shes not parked flat atm otherwise i woulda got a better pic
  9. Hey guys... Just a quick question... now the Z was lowered when i bought her so im not sure how much its been lowered by. But im looking at a new set of wheels soon, but all the ones i like are 19's. ATM i have 235/40 18 tyres on the front... if i was to go for like 235/35 19 do you think il get away with em not rubbing judging by my free space in this pic? Cheers for any help Rich
  10. welcome to the club... Z looks blinding dude
  11. Thanks Si :D Im in total agreeance with you... im not a fan of bays that are too overbearing. But id swap my clean bay for your clean bodywork :D
  12. 3 hours!! ... cracking start bud... cant beat a clean engine bay!... done mine the weekend, admitedly i spent less than half hour on it tho
  13. not pretty but its clean...
  14. thanks folks... and well as tempting as it may by i think i'l give it a miss... i was relieved when mine was done let alone going through it again :D
  15. you talk sense dude... wouldnt want to try the front uppers either :wack: i'l have a look around see if i can source some cheers buddy
  16. Cheers everyone! with plenty of patience... it was all suprisingly easy to do, just time consuming... the bits i had a tough time with were the rear panels, but i may redo them at some point. all i did do was for the panels that wernt already padded i used felt sorta stuff as an underlay to make it feel softer
  17. ahh yea it is the same... recognise the interior
  18. As the title says... no club stickers, but apart from the CF flap it was a really neat car.
  19. Finished doing my panels in cream leather... To be fair the pictures prob do it more justice than it deserves, but not bad for a first atempt costing 90 odd quid. Just need to get some black pvc/leatherette to recover nissans upper rear halfs Rich
  20. looks very tidy indeed
