I Find it interesting that only three people who have posted in this thread (ck300z,slowhand&780z) have come through the ranks of owning a previous model of the Z and one other (atlast40) also owns an earlier Z31 as well

Clash of dates is a pain but hey Z009 date booked in May 2008 and Zedfest date booked in September 2008 these were arranged far in advance of Rising Sun and JAE events if we waited for them to announce their dates we would never get a place to hold these two events

loads of it billing is massive

We were thinking of a club BBQ but decided against it due to having to have hygiene certs etc etc and didn't want to run the danger of someone getting food poisoning and having the arse sued of us as the public liability insurance wouldn't cover us for that Quite a few people are bringing BBQ and the idea is to try and get a few of them all together rather than individually to make for a better way of getting every body to mingle rather than just stay with the people they Know Again it must be stressed if you bring a disposable BBQ please make sure it comes with a stand as we have to be strict on as with out a stand it would burn the grass and we will be asking any one who dosn't comply with this to put it out straight away Glass bottles are allowed but please make sure that they are not left strawn all over the show sorry for long winded reply as wanted to use this reply as a notice for all who are coming

Spoke to the organisers today regarding the times of the Z only track Sessions and was informed that they are at 9.36 am and 1.48 pm Also was informed that the tickets were due to them from the printers today and they will be posting them to Marco as soon as they arrive Hhe will also be confirming for those who only have one track session booked which session you will be in I believe there are only two with one session and 40Zwookie said tha t he would take the earlier one remember you have to attend a drivers briefing prior to the track session and also have to be sound tested so you need to get there as early as possible to allow for this When Marco comes back from Italy on Wednesday he will post up more detailed information

Also a Z Club guy flying in from Antigua but not driving his Z down from Scotland this time so he don't qualify this time
