  1. Pete, e-mail sent. Phil
  2. Collection only and Lithuania to Bordon is a long way, even for a free exhaust. Let me have an e-mail address if you still want it. Phil
  3. Not a problem. Any other takers?
  4. Single piece seamless can but no "Superdragger".
  5. Sorry not to get back earlier, been chucking stuff in a skip. Not sure if it's a Super Dragger but definitely HKS as it has that stamped on the rear silencer. Quality piece of kit so let me know if you want to take a look. Phil
  6. Can't post in sales as not subscribed and it's free to a good home anyway as moving soon, way too much stuff and just want to get rid. HKS 3106-S N010 Single exit (RHS from memory but could be wrong), two piece, two box, cat back system with removable tail pipe baffle. Rear box and 4 1/2 inch tailpipe are stainless. Came off my NA about seven years ago as I preferred the balanced Mongoose look (probably a little loud for an old got like me too!). Solid but filthy as thrown in the garage straight off the car. Mild steel parts have very little surface rust and stainless parts would polish up really well. Can probably find gasket and bolts if I look hard. As I said, free to good home. Collection only from Bordon, Hants. No PMs as not subscribed so I guess anyone wants it will either have to let me have a phone number or an e-mail address. Phil
  7. Useful link maybe http://upload.z1motorsports.com/Z1%20Z32%20NA%20to%20TT%20Conversion.pdf
  8. Mine runs really well too. Ok, so it's a second car and doesn't see much daylight in the winter but it did get a thorough workout this summer. I went on holiday in it with hotels organised and a detailed route book from Calais to Budapest via Verdun, Vosges Mountains, Black forest, Austrian Alps (including the Grossglockner pass!) and Slovenia. It then did the 1000 mile trip back to Calais in one 15 hour hit (needed to get back in a hurry to sort out a bit of a domestic crisis!). We drove on the kind of roads that the Z must have been designed for and had a fantastic time (mountain roads and rear wheel drive.... mmmm, must go back for another fix soon!!) and all this without a single car related hitch. 2500 miles in 8 days - not bad for an 18 year old car. Phil
  9. Don't know if anyone has any experience of these people but I think I'll be ordering a matrix from them soon (wet feet & car full of steam) as £47.91 + carriage seems like a good price..... http://www.aaronradiator.co.uk/products/Heater_Matrix_Nissan_300ZX_89_3_0_V6_6DN106-2981-371.html Phil
  10. One of those "whats it worth" questions. Divorce looms and so does filling in the dreaded Form E. 1990 2+2 NA, 70,000 miles, manual, Mongoose exhaust but standard other than that. Barely legal tyres, shudders under braking, blown up and bypassed heater matrix and bubbling rear spoiler. Oh, and just to make it even more atractive, no MOT. Open to suggestions but I thought somewhere around £900? Not that I have any intention of selling it!
  11. Sure it has been suggested before, but wouldn’t a more sensible fuel protest be to boycott just one big fuel company like Shell or BP. I guess that they would be bound to bring prices down in an effort to start selling fuel again, which would have the knock on effect of making the other companies reduce their prices as well. Just one snag…….how do you organise it? Phil
  12. The wife just bought me a Sony DCR-HC22 from Pixmania for my birthday. Really pleased with it and a good price as well. Phil
  13. Tuesday night about 6 ish Winchester to Alton. I was the PITA in the smelly diesel red Volvo in front. Oh and your near side side light is out.... Phil
  14. I these are the moulded ones for a 2+2 could you give me a price as I am very interested. Phil
  15. http://www.aus300zxclub.com/tech/stereo.htm Had the same problem with an old Nissan Sylvia...bare wires....tape...lovely!
  16. Check your log book. It should say something like 'declared new at first registration' if it was originally supplied by a UK Nissan dealer. May be worth checking with the DVLA anyway just in case the insurance people have got it wrong... Phil

  19. Hi Ajay, Paid today (Payment Sent (ID #8V737822XR882671E)) Could I have stickers for the outside please. Thanks Phil
  20. Found this very helpful when I did mine http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=technical&msg_id=714817 If you have to remove the complete assembly you can only do it if the aerial mast is down. If it is stuck in the up position you can push it back down if you remove the aerial motor which is held on by a couple of small philips screws. I had to do this as the last six inches or so had snapped off the end of the nylon drive cable and you have to pull the whole thing to pieces to get the bit out. Got my replacement mast from MJP Hope this helps Phil
  21. Hope this helps Fog light link
  22. These mud flaps from Courtesy seem to be moulded..... Phil Splash guards
  23. Got mine for a 90 N\A from Mike Feeney at MJP. Fitted with no problems. Phil
  24. If it is a gearbox swap you are talking about try this... http://www.z1motorsports.com/PDFs/Autoto5spconversion.pdf If it is a NA toTT swap you are talking about try this... http://www.z1motorsports.com/PDFs/NATTconversion.pdf Phil
  25. Doesn't this mean removing the ring gear from the flywheel and rotating it end over end so that the face that was towards the flywheel is now towards the starter if that makes sense. I had this done on a car years ago and it means that the starter doesn't engage on worn teeth. Phil
