  1. After some Pikey Zed owner decided to ripp the left front windscreen seal off my mota...Chipped the paint and cracked the windscreen...And after waiting 6 weeks for a replacment seal to arrive... i now realise, because the inserts that hold the seals in place are also fooked, i now must replace the windscreen... I hope this cheep pikey fukwit's Zed owner's next shite is a hedgehog! Any ideas on where i can get a new windscren done as cheep and as soon as poss'?(I'm a tad fed up with waiting 6 weeks for parts to arrive on these cars.)
  2. Tell me about it mate... Some Pikey Zed owner in Reading ripped the left front windscreen seal of mine... In the process ripped all the sleeving off that holds the seal in place...Also cracked the windscreen and chipped the paint, now i realise i have to replace the whole front windown... More cost!!!:( Maybe i should of gone for a scoobie. At least you dont have to wait two months for parts to arrive.
  3. Hmmm... Sick. Do you work in central London on a regular basis? Did you have to put up with the chaos the whole scenario's created? I bet not. Insensitive so it is. Better still, give me the gun, i'll shoot you.Simple. 1 less idiot. :)
  4. Yep... Downloading Itunes is free way to convert wma to mp3.:D Url http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
  5. >>i know its mostly psychological and mileage is relative to how well the car has been looked after but theres always sumthing in the back of my head saying 'STOP throwing money at this car and buy a lower mileage one'! LOL!!!! Yep! I'v been thinking the exact same thing... Money pit!!!! My Zed has 150K...Stock... With orginal tubs... Needs syncro sorting and diff bearing is a bit winy... No doubt the tubs will need sorting at some point in the future,(Hopefully not this year at least) but hey thats Zed life it seems. Am prepared to pay (And more importantly CAN afford to pay) if it breaks. But other than the odd sqeak / door rattle, so far so good. Drives well, pulls hard when asked. Nice!:D
  6. Hi mate Loose pads? Hypothesising... You should'nt need to apply shed load of pressure on the peddle to get the car to stop.If your travelling at 100mph+ (ie spanking tarmac - 6500 ever gear...) and stamp on the brake peddle, yes the bite is a little 'glassy' at full tilt, (the driver should adjust to this and drive accordingly) but normal driving the car should stop on a dime. Get that car to a garage asap and get it checked out. Stock brakes and pads work well...ABS kicks in on mine when pushed really hard. I have no issue with them (Some on here may disagree) as it is a road car and should be driven as such. I changed front disks and pads on mine when i bought the car, cost me a little over 300 quid from Nissan main. You may be able to get it cheeper through the traders section here. All the bes m8.

  9. Boys, boys,boyzzz... If you really want to see 'climate control problems' in the making, travel to Asia / Malaysia / Kuala Lumpar.e.g. Smog???You aint seen nothing like it... I went out there in 03 for the F1 @ Sepang... They were doin a 'de-forestation' routine on race day.(wtf!?) The smog / smoke was so bad at the race start i could not see the end of the main straight on a cloudless sunny day. And you can believe NONE of the cars on the road have anything near a cat converter and they all run with 'air-conn' on over drive!!! I have a clear concience when driving my Zed... :D Just my 10 peneth...
  10. Quality Craig! :D Btw... This the offending part...

Is there anywhere else i can source (Apart from Nissan, but i have just phoned for a quote out of frustration :( ) these new parts from? Cheers, Pete :hyper:

  17. Sounds like water bubbling from a pipe, but all water levels are ok. When i open the drivers door the noise is more apparent as its coming from the air vent...The car is running fine. Any ideas? (TT manual. Uk.)
