  1. A hero, he did what he did to win, as Brundle said, "he gave you the choice to have the accident" Webber did the same in a couple of GP's ago to Webber, and Stoner did the same to Rossi at the Sachsenring last weekend. Senna gave so much to the underpriviledged kids in Brazil, after his death MV Agusta and the Senna foundation marketed a fancy F4 with the difference between the price of the basic bike and the special going to the charities he supported. but he was a bit "dangerous to be around"
  2. I gonna sound silly here but i had this happen to me once, long ago, and it was the indicator / hi low beam stalk, waggled it a few times and the lights cme back on, then i left it alone and its been ok since......... i'll go back to my planet now.....

  9. Does anyone have, or have had and rectified a problem like mine, i cannot get the demister to work.........the two buttons on top of the heater control pod do the same thing, when either one is pressed it engages the clutch on the aircon pump is this right? When DEF is pressed the vents do not change the direction of the air to the screen, but does engage as i said the clutch on the Aircon pump, so when the car is warm there is lovely warm air being blasted out at demist speed but not at the screen, but then it eventally gets artic.........on AUTO the aircon works as it should, basically my problem is that the "gates", "paddles" or whatever you call them within the ducting arn't operating correctly. Could it be that there is a dodgy earth at the aircon pump? a fuse? or the wiring at the vents? Its Sunday, cold and horrible, the car is my daily driver, an i dont really want to pull the dash apart unless i have too please help........... Stu

  12. Hi Folks, Seems like the black box, wired between the window switch and the motor (would it be a regulator) on the drivers side clicks when you operate the switch, but does not pass the power to the window motor (motor works on direct 12v), can anyone tell me if the black box in the passenger door is the same (design, wiring) dont want to strip passenger door to find that i cannot swap them out. Door and everything is in bits.................so could do with a quick answer :D Stu
  13. Yeah, got mine in his first lot, superb is the best way to describe it, like a blind man being given new eyes, be sure to do the earth conversion at the bulb socket, otherwise switching back from high beam to dip, could get interesting! Stu
  14. Thanks for the replies everyone, some good info here, i eventually tired of being careful, tried to ease it off with a cold chisel between it and the pump casing, gave up just as i reached for the sledge hammer. ended up making sure i could get one from MJP before using a dremel to cut a slot in it an spliting it open to get it to slide off. So tomorrow i start on the Rear Crank Oil Seal, whilst i wait for the front sprocket to come. Stevie where abouts in Aberdeen? i live in Tarves Stu

  17. the bonging noise is the audible speed warning, your going too fast for Japanese roads! mine starts at 63 mph, i just turn the radio up. i replaced the zorst (manifold back) with one from Luke, and either cut back the gubbins or secured it out of the way.
