Its a lwb, cloth interior but its got the recaro bucket seat option on it - in no rush to sell it, but seems a waste because most of the time it just sits there on the drive under a cover lol, it deserves to be used more often! About 4-5K you reckon? thats along the lines i was hoping for! Cheers

Hey guys, I have a 1996 JDM N reg Silver Manual with 80,000kmh on the clock in good condition and running well, only mod is an air filter and alarm system. Engine Oil changed every 3 months, all the usual servicing has been done in the last three months - i.e. sparks plugs, fuel filter, gearbox and diff oils, all known issuses have been sorted and the cars been fully wax oiled and underseal applied and the timing belt has changed at christmas. Records and Receipts for absolutely everything. Was thinking of selling to help fund another project, My question really how much would i be expecting for it in the current climate pricewise? Any comments would be great, cheers Ste

Hey, Just after some generalised advice on a V6 twin turbo build. I brought what was left of Marks G reg Red 300zx after everyone had stripped off the goodies and my intention for the car is soley as a track car stripped down to the bare minimum, just two bucket seats and the dials. So far i've took out all the plastics that where remaining in the car when i brought it (if anyone wants those i'll let them go for next to nothing), took the air con out and all the heater matrix, aswell as all the associated hicas equipment, anything else for saving weight? Which are the most reliable, high boost capable turbos that people have come across? Links to roll cage designs, suspension specalists and engine parts mentioned etc would be great. And has anyone used the idea of charge coolers on a Zed before and how effective was it compared to the standard? I dont have access to a consult, can you buy these? When my cambelt was changed at Zedworld they mentioned adjusting the idle as a temporay measure and that there was something faulty with the CAS? (the engine wouldn't run if the CAS was not working would it?) Might be time to go to a garage again, looking over the site Zworx is the closest Zed workshop to me, does this come recommended?

Hi guys Not an expert with cars tbh but im determined to get better with them :) . My Z's idling rough. From cold it does all the normal things then when oil pressure drops and its warm i can hear the engine revs fluttering from about 800rpm it drops revs slightly for a second or two and you see the engine block shake like it going to stall, it then picks up and returns to normal repeating this happens every 30seconds or so. :cry: From what its doing id guess its something that regulates the idle revs is playin up - but what that is im not sure. :smash: Could someone give me some pointers or suggestions of what to look for, i.e. sensors to check? Hey, Fitting a pair of HKS super sqv BOV's, can't for the love of me work how your supposed to mount them as the recirc bolt holes are nowhere near the mounting points of the BOV's. I've got instructions but there in japanesse which isn't much help. :cry: If anyones done this in the past i'd be really grateful for your help :) Cheers Ste

The full story is that i'm new to z's and was taking a mechanics word for what the problem is :slap: From what you've said, it matches what the car does from cold and then it settles on about 700rpm after a couple of minutes So there isn't a problem then? Cheers

Theres a round connection on the back of the Bose cassette deck, looks like an oversize s-video connection - that sound about right? I'll be dammed if i'm going to listen to Radio 2 on a permenant basis, would you be willing to sell it?
