  1. Bloody 'ell Stu, you not got that thing back on the road yet? 3 years and counting. Is it still purple? Have you handed it down to your kids yet LOL?
  2. Oi!! I'm happy enough :D
  3. Either go M58 to Liverpool then through the tunnel or M6/M56/M53.
  4. Happy Birthday Steve! Have a good one mate.
  5. Oi, I resemble that remark
  6. Exactly the problem!! This resulted in massive "sub-prime" lending that should never have been allowed. These went 'bad' which nearly broke the banks. The banks then had to be bailed out by the tax-payers. Do you really think they deserve their bonuses?!
  7. Benvenuto al randello Lorenzo. Where in Italy are you from? Shouldn't you be joining a Ferrari or Alfa club though? ;)
  8. Happy birthday Barry boy :D Have a good day matey.
  9. Yeh, I like those too. Nice and subtle. For the love of god, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! ;)
  10. Maybe I'm biased, but having recently buried two close relatives who died from cancer (one of which was bowel cancer), I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Like many so-called Celebs these days, she does seem unable to live without a TV camera around though (no pun intended LOL).
  11. Totally agree. Nobody deserves that.
  12. Sounds like you may need to run an Adware/Virus scan.
  13. All those little green ticks!
  14. I always used to use IE. Now I use Firefox and IE. Firefox is quicker and you can get some great plugins but it can't do everything IE does. My work webmail is shite on Firefox so I have to use IE for that. Sometimes Ebay pages don't work on FF too. Recently tried Safari. Pretty good but looks crap.
  15. TBH Brian, I think it's a bit early in the year for many, especially if Winter drags on.
  16. It was actually fire that brought down the Twin Towers. The intense fire causing the joints to fail. The Trade Centre complex was built in an unusual (cheap?) way. Nothing like other previous skyscrapers. (Don't forget they had to make two of them!) Built like a monocoque, the stresses being directed by the floor trusses through the central core and the outer steel columns of the building. Unfortunately the massive damage caused by the plane and subsequent aviation-fuel fire destroyed the joints of the trusses. The rest of the building could not cope with the extra stresses and the inevitable happened. "7 World Trade Center" collapsed because a fooking great skyscraper almost fell on it. Damage from debris, fire, lack of water or anyone to deal with it, undermined the building causing it to collapse. The truth is usually much too boring for the conspiracy-theory lovers of the world.:headvswal
  17. At the risk of adding facts to one of the numerous dumb ideas that sprouted out of the Sept.11 attack, read this. I doubt even facts will change your minds though!
  18. Alright, enough about you and your Dad, what about your sisters?:wack:;)
  19. Happy birthday Darrell. Have a few :duffer:
  20. Hello and welcome to the club. I know Moreton fairly well as I have a mate who lives there and owns the Kodak Photography shop. Good luck with the car.
  21. Be grateful, we have one of the lowest VAT rates in the EU. (It's still a fookin rip-off tax though!)
  22. They can be changed in situ. Unless they are Smithy's custom ones though expect to have to do so modifications to get them to fit properly.
