  1. I might take you up on that. I grew up in Texas, we like to drink whiskey, eat chicken fried steak and fight   If there is not going to be any brawling involved I prefer a pint.
  2. Definately, and the same goes for anyone (atleast the sane people) on here. If you are ever planning to visit Arizona for some reason, let me know.
  3. I guess I want somewhat disquise myself as a local, which would be extremely difficult having a Texas accent.
  4. Well, I would like to go to a legitimate night club atleast once, check out some historical sites, some scenic areas, and one night of pub violence.
  5. I am taking a trip to the U.K next summer to Bournemouth and I am sure I will go a few other places. Is Bournemouth a good place to go or is it too touristy??? Where else should I visit??
  6. http://www.Z1motorsports.com in the U.S though :)
  7. Do not buy the Ebay springs. A friend of mine bought them and the spring is way too small. GARBAGE!!
  8. I was trying to think of some I had heard before but really did not know what they meant. I worked with some British Contractors and RAF guys in Saudi Arabia and I used to hear them trash on people all the time. :wack: I remember the used to call ugly girls "trouts" and they would call the Arabs "binkys", always made me laugh.
  9. Give me some more....
  10. LOL!!! Tossers??? I love some of the British insults!! Halarious. I usually call my boss a fat douche because that is exactly what he looks like.
  11. Brembo makes some decent drilled/slotted rotors, for all four, around $300-350 I don't know what that tranlates to in the U.K :)
  12. Yes, I removed the heads while the motor was still in the car.
  13. I am in Arizona and the track that I ran on was at 3000+ft elevation. I ran around November time frame so it was about 75-80 degrees outside. I posted a timeslip on page 1 of this thread. My next step is to beef up the suspension and then eventually buy a 3.4L stroked long block from Rebello Racing in California. They're 3.4L stroked motors are producing around 270-300hp to the wheels, all motor. It does not sound like a lot of horsepower but you will be looking at very consistent power and longer range of increased torque and horsepower across the power band. With good traction it will be very possible to run mid-13's all motor depending on your setup. My whole purpose for my car is not the 1/4 mile though; I am a roadcourse guy. :)
  14. This is how the Nissan 300ZX manual should read on a rebuild..... :smash: :mac1:
  15. Well, it looks like the crank is stock. Are you doing a rebuild??
  16. Oh, I was not thinking :slap: you have a TT. I was thinking you had a non-turbo. I was looking at the pistons and they looked totally different. :slap: Sorry
  17. No, you are right, I was just reffering to the pistons.
  18. Mine were metal when I took off the head for the first time. In my rebuild I used the Nismo metal head gaskets.
  19. Even if they are 87.5mm forged pistons that is still not a 3.1L stroked motor. I have 89mm forged pistons, no knock. What is the stock headgasket made of??
  20. Yes, you can have stock forged pistons. There should not be any knocking. To have a stroked motor you will always have overbore pistons. The headgaskets for the Z32 are metal.
  21. I just wanted a better look at the block. Did the person you bought it from claim that it was a 3.1L??
  22. Unfortunately, it sounds like it. I can't tell too much from the pictures though. Do you have any pictures of the block?? Did you take out the bearing and rods and look at them??
