its all better now..... well apart from the turbo issue :rolleyes:

sorted :D sorted out all the air from the lines clutch feels so much better bloody ell you could have warned me how knackering it is to pump a clutch :eek: thanks to Toby, Andy Duff and Magnum 5 and everyone who replied to my thread for all their help :hyper: thank you!!!! woohoo

ok found clutch fluid, it didn't have any topped it up my mate is going to bleed the lines tonight been on a few diffrent sites there are 2 points to do this, is this correct the procedure looks fairly simple enough i just want to make sure that i can tell him exactly on a zed where the bleed lines are, as he's not that familar with zeds any thing else i need to know

sussed had no clutch fluid couldn't get into any gear need to know where the master slave cylinder is situated can i access the lines on axle stands as my mate needs to bleed the lines as there is air in them obviously can't move the car and take it to a garage, so doing this on the driveway is the only option I need to tell him by the morning, so we can put my car on stands in our lunch break, finish it off after work how long does it take approximately to get the air out? for future reference I don't understand where all the clutch fluid went At least i know where to top it up now!! i've done a search and recommended some gear box oil can i get it at halfords? where do I put it? ... no rude answers My zed's gear stick, is really stiff, especially in the morning, before i start driving took me good five minutes to get it into 1st gear, blooody knackered now... after that while driving it has been absolutely fine :confused: or might it be my clutch? will it ever bloody end? if this might be serious :rolleyes: tell me dufflecoat where are you?

hey people i'm now offically a dude erm.... oh dear :o

i've had a terrible weekend, oil pressure dropped to zero on friday night, so i stopped the car :shock: (it been leaking oil, though didn't realise that much.... I was going to top up the oil on Saturday morning before I left.... bloody typical :rolleyes: had to get a lowloader from the AA which took 2 1/2 hours so got home at 2am the car was running really rough on tickover, as mechanic had put more oil in.. he knocked the connectors on the coil pack, so it was only running on 4 or 5 cylinders I know know i have a crap connector on at least one, bits of it are broken and it sits pretty loose... where do i get a new one its the grey housing (plastic bit) thats knackered or do i have to buy the whole thing? there you go... that's why i didn't turn up .... i was not best pleased at one point i thought i'd killed my zed :cry: :cry: so glad it wasn't serious though at the time you just don't know thanks to Magnum 5 (Stuart) for coming to my rescue and diagnosing the problem :)

i just can't get my head round autos at all all this keeping foot on break remembering if its in park aw gawd ...noooooo :slap: :rofl: they sound crap as well :nelson: :p

poor you, keep us posted on the damage luckily mine didn't blow up, just horrid grindy noise I know how you feel both our zeds were fine a few weeks ago...... :(

when my rear near side wheel miraciously sheared off, Latz put on different sized studs and wheel nuts as an emergency measure ( i had to take 2 days off work so i could have a driveable car again) i really don't want to re do the studs again as it originally had 17" on when i bought them, they were replaced with 16" then wheel nuts sheared off, so i'd just like to start again i'm a tad paranoid about wheels

Hiya people got oil coming out of my exhaust and a horrid whirring /grindy noise when i boot it... :cry: :cry: think turbo bearing/seal has gone it's smoking on tickover and over run 1. need 2 turbos, as 1 has gone.... 2. need new gaitors on rear suspension 3. need new hubs so i can put on new 17" wheels of all the luck....
