  2. if there is nowt else i need to know please say!!!! i haven't got a printer at home.. (so running up and down looking at puter screen then zed is not an option) :rolleyes: works LAN photocopier/printer prints off diagrams a treat, so i need an answer before 5.30 please :hyper:
  3. I've got 2 jobs still not enough and a single parent....didn't think that one through either I paid just under 7K for my zed 2 years ago
  4. very good choice i like everything from THeads to rhythm and blues to punk (decent stuff not thrashy noise) and Jimi Hendrix is good to drive the zed too(and most anything else come to think of it) :dance:
  5. heheHehe :duffer: not missing this one for the world..... :bow: the atmosphere will be a 100 times better this year (for me) can't believe i missed this thread again :rolleyes: I plan on getting there quite early on Friday,(taking the day off work as a holiday :dance: happy to help set up any equipment etc tables chairs.. Do we still need chairs, it was mentioned in a thread ages ago???

Hi While getting my gear stick bushes replaced, thought we'd tighten the handbrake as it was pretty loose (it had been adjusted to the max before by you know who) and it was still crap :rolleyes: So of course the bloody thread keep turning on the adjustment screw.... hehe no friggin handbrake so buys the front part of handbrake cable and adjuster nut from Mr Feeny (thank you!) I've copied the info from the manual on adjusting it, are there any more detailed instructions on actually replacing this front cable with piccies if possible :) it would be nice to have a handbrake again.... if i keep going with this zed i'll replace most of it for new by the time i'm finished... :rolleyes:

  14. that's what i'm doing this weekend it looks fairly easy (even for me) though that adhesive is pretty wiffy.. I'm getting lotsa parts delivered to my work address tomorrow they won't fit through my letterbox :hyper: :hyper:

I am really impressed by the dedication and care from traders i've dealt with on this forum today and over last couple of weeks/months Danny at DTA Andy Z Smithy Mike Feeny MJPAuto They have all dealt with my queries,(even though i didn't quite know what i actually wanted) without being patronising, all their customer service has been excellent and getting the parts to me at short notice was no problem They all go out of their way to help! bloody fantastic All of you know the hassles i've had :rolleyes: and I can tell you i've nearly given up trying to get my zed back on the road Special mention to Mac 1 if it wasn't for you, i'd be probably driving somit old and dodgy by now (& being very miserable to boot) as I would have given up It now feels i'm getting somewhere :bow: :hyper: the new clutch, gearbox bushes, & new hubs go on this weekend I might even attempt to put my new speedo rings on myself (well i'll try) Also a special mention to Andy Duff for telling me stuff, that i needed to know, and being very helpful when i didn't know me chromoly ball from me release bearing (i do now) :p

  17. thank you all :) I had a lovely day, evening and following morning! back at work now... :rolleyes: had a lovely party lots good food, huge cake, the damn cake nearly caught fire cos there was so many candles :rofl: the barbeque was rather good, didn't burn anything :p I'm glad I was well enough to get drunk :dance: :duffer: :duffer:

Help! the wheel studs/bolts that were put on as an emergency measure after my rear wheel nuts sheared off on the M6, need replacing, so i rang up Nissan in Warwick as no local garages want to know the actual studs are cheap as chips, I already have the new wheel nuts (thanks Mr Feeny) guess how much plus vat?? to re stud just my back wheels??? 250 quid ... bloody hell so basically that's just virtually labour *cough* is this about right or what? i really want to sort this wheel thing out, as i've had way enough problems then i can put some lovely 17" wheels back on .... i'll make sure I get a proper mechanic to fit them this time! :xxx: :mad: Please I'm willing to travel can anyone recommend someone who would do it!!! I've started my Reiki teacher training course which involves me having to drive to London , Manchester and Wales to go to classes and I need this sorted out Anyone help?

  21. hi people :) really missed being here... :cry: had to go into hospital ... the anaesthetic was fun though...i was pretty gaga all better now though managed to get my fuel line kit fitted by Phil (one of the 200sx boys) ahhh not to smell petrol in my zed in the morning ...sheer bliss... spent all day (again looking into 200's and 300's) :D thanks to all of the 200sx gang for your help in looking after me,my son and my zed and the barbeque was great!!! i also got to drool over lots of 200's which is another favourite of mine will come along to a meet when i'm fully recovered you all enjoy the jap fest, as i'm not strong enough to go that far at the moment i'm just going to chill out tomorrow and saturday instead :D At least i picked a good week to have some time off work

  24. i need a little help where can i get my drivers side main head light realigned as it's dropped, down so doesn't even shine on the road any more ..scary in the dark... (don't think it's ever been right since the accident) it doesn't sit right which is making my whole bonnet not sit right .... do garages do it or /halfords or what ?...help!!!! i know my head light was glued back together... what exactly does it sit on (the headlight, does it have mounts?) ok crash course in headlights...
