I've asked this before and nobody knew anything... I'd love a rally-style LED display showing what gear the car's in, no point in an auto but I think they look great :cool: Just the simple bright red LED ones, none of the complicated LCD gubbins ;) Anyone know anything about them? I've discussed this with AndrewG and agreed to prepare the club accounts in a statutory format with an independent statement of assurance. Yearly/quarter/monthly is fine. I work in the audit dept of a Chartered Accountancy/Registered Auditors - who won't incidentally supply the statement, the proprietor of management consultancy business (website http://www.nliconsultants.co.uk) will review my work and provide it. No cost for the work, I agreed with nliconsultants that he could benefit from the advertising in return for the work, and my time is free anyway ;) Posateg costs maybe depending on if accounts are circulated. A few hours work each time, its what I do. Provides members of the club with details on how their money is spent, with independent verification, and advice if necessary. Cheers Pete

You are looking round an empty house with 2 floors. At the bottom of the stairs are the light switches for the hanging bulb in the room upstairs, however there is a door which no light can get past separating upstairs from downstairs. The switch console is actually 3 switches - one of which is connected to the upstairs light, the other 2 aren't connected to anything. You can switch the switches in any combination as much as you like, but you can only go upstairs to see the result once. How do you guarantee that you find out the correct switch for the light? Theres no windows etc or any other way to actually*see* the light from upstairs, downstairs. Pete :D

I also went round tightening all the screws I could see - most of the little fuel hosing ones were pretty loose - worth checking :)

Good plan, I did a round of the old connector cleaning at the weekend, and a Berks style engine cleaning job :D That Autosol Chrome cleaner stuff works brilliantly on plastic! Try it! :dance:
