LOL :D I've rarely seen much over 20 degrees in this cold weather, and that's only when sitting in traffic, open the throttle and the temp drops. Long full throttle runs and it rises slowly, never v high though. I've got a FMIC and have removed the aircon.

I've got it into my blanked off dump valve samco, right by the TB. Why do people assume things are 'shite' just because they are advertised on ebay?? :confused: There are a multitude of sellers, products, etc. I think years of forums having a laugh at the odd funny listing has produced a negative opinion somehow. Use a bit of common sense, read the feedback of listings and form an opinion before buying anything. Far too many people think they can just buy the cheapest products and expect an amazing bargain. FFS :rolleyes: How much did you pay for the car? How old is it? If it was meant to be mint it'd be £38k or whatever they cost brand new. Everyone has a list of niggles and problems with their cars, and all this talk about small claims courts is ridiculous and wouldn't stand stand a chance. I appreciated you've been unlucky with this zed but lets not make it out to be something it's not. Why do you think zeds prices have taken a battering over the last few years? Because they cost a fortune to run and maintain. If the cost of keeping it on the road is surprising you then you shoudln't have bought a zed in the first place. They are expensive end of. No offense meant, but I just think people buying one with a budget of whatever the car cost to buy are being unrealistic and will soon be bitten.

Nissan quoted me just under a grand for a whole new steering rack, when they failed my MOT on a worn bush. Took it elsewhere and they passed it, and the next year, and the next without work... Wouldn't touch Nissan with a bargepole anymore for service/MOT, shame we have to buy parts from them :(. I bet standard turbos aren't cheap.
