Fitted my braided fuel lines last night...they look sweet! Lots of faffing about getting them round/through/under the strut brace and throttlecable cover but fit perfectly like this...

You may laugh but I've found a leak before by removing the rad cap, putting my mouth around the hole ;) and blowing hard - in my case water sprayed out of the lower side of the top rad hose :) You cant get big pressure because the air bubbles through the expansion tank, but you can get enough. Though if you could get hold of one of those compressors complete with Nissan rad cap, it'd be easy. Pete

A faulty rad cap *could* cause the water not to return, as the pressure drop in the water system normally pulls more in from the expansion tank - the "vacuum" pulls the inner piece of the rad cap down to expose the exp tank hose, letting it flow in. If your expansion tank is filling up gradually, it's obviously taking it from the system and not returning it. Is it an OEM one? Pete
