One law for us and one for them
I'm sure that complaining about the parking could get you off in court, the police have to follow guidelines/laws themselves before they can think of prosecuting for speeding. There are whole list of guidelines, I'm sure they are available, which you could potentially use to get off. It'll probably all be on http://www.safespeed.org, http://www.pepipoo.co.uk / com, etc Pete

More speeding!

Test Driver Insurance
Yeah its a big problem, its a fine line between putting off a potential buyer and ensuring no-one crashes it. I've always let buyers of my other cars drive them, daily drivers and the like. But I dont think I'll let anyone drive the zed unless they convince me they've had a similar power car, or I know them, or they are insured. Gotta be firm, its just not worth it. I'd be much more strict if it was raining etc. Pete

FAO Twopipes!
Just been searching twinturbo.net.... someone mentioned sticking it nearer the fuel filter ;) I've got enough fuel line and vac line I think to move it a fair distance within the engine bay. What do you reckon to use to actually secure it? And is there any pressure/latency issue with moving it further from the engine? Anyone? ;) Does turning the fuel pressure up allow timing to be advanced a little safely? Dont really wanna up the boost, my timing is at 14degrees at the moment. I sense a rolling road session :hyper: Cheers folks and Jimbo  Pete
