  7. Big thanks to John for whacking me a new chip in last night and helping fit and set up the adjustable FPR :bow: The car definately feels more torque-y down the revs and all through midrange :bow:, and pulling away with loads of throttle is much quicker! Havent noticed much difference up the revs but it's fast as **** :D Thanks to Ryan for the help in changing my grotty brake fluid :bow: :cool: Hope you hand mends soon after my car fell on it :(:cry: :shock: The forum wouldnt be the same without guys like these :) Pete
  8. I've taken the lagging off every car I've owned lol, the whole bay looks loads fresher without it. It must be good for cooling to take it off too. I heard its there to help stop condensation forming on the underside :confused: Pete
  9. Hmm I wonder how that "policy" came about... :rolleyes:
  10. 4 lugs on their way mate :cool: Matt - well we know you're zeds got an aftermarket chip in it ;) They are only supposed to go 112 mph ;) :D :D
  11. PM me your address and I'll send you couple mate :) Shout me a :duffer: at Billing :cool:
  12. /\/\ark ;) - the kit is daisychained, the kits from the US you can buy are mostly "spider" shaped - now that looks like the back of a PC. Yeah theres enough slack, cable ties are provided. Anyone got a pic of theirs fitted? Mike - yeah the gold terminal to go on the stock earth strap is mahoosive and I wouldn't fancy trying to crimp it with anything less than a vice ;), a soldering iron does the job... Cheers Pete

  14. F'kin 'ell mate! :eek: Your missus should get herself a zip sewn in! :D:D
  15. Cheers Matt :cool: - yours is on its way this week mate :) A Supra TT owner is testing one of my kits on a dyno at some point soon, so hopefully it might show improvements where people like them ;) Although BHP is not what the kit is about obviously... Cheers Pete
  16. Bugger mate :( Got any ideas whats wrong? :confused: With your alarm that is - not the wheels...

    I think it's from the downpipes usually, the cheaper option anyway, although mine was a swap for the downpipes too, service history shows it cost £376 :eek: Pete

    Mine's been decatted for a few years now with no signs of turbo seals leaking, I'm sure there are plenty more people who would say the same :) Dont think it goes "decat = new turbo seals"... as the scare merchants will have you believe. The risk is increased obviously, but its not a given. Pete

  20. What bodykit have you got on your zed mate? :confused: Looks pretty un-streamlined to me :confused: Get your lardy zed to Santa Pod on the 18th! :dance: Pete
  21. Hasn't yours Cos?? :confused::eek:
  22. My missus wont go in mine anymore :rolleyes: since the arse whipped out on a roundabout last year. Although it's better than getting slapped in the side of the head every time the autobox downshifts :slap: I'm definately in the "missus hates the car" category :( Pete
  23. Hows that gonna help? - Use a bit of soap and water, followed by some polish on a rag :slap:;):tongue:
  24. Anyone know when this coming issue of Japanese Performance is out? Or the new Redline issue? Hoping for a good write up of TSC4 :dance:
