  5. pulled out the koyo rad coz its got a leak! and fitted me new bonnet strut :biggrin: dan.
  6. yeah must be a tiny hole i thought it was a cobweb till i put me hand down to brush it away! lol will have to ask around. dan.
  7. taking out the fan and it ever so slightly knocked against my koyo rad and now i got a whispy leak! any ideas on how to fix or details on anyone that can fix it for me i am near St Ives in cornwall. dan.

  11. finally got round to taking off the old exhaust tunnel brace and fitted me nice new stainless steel one! :thumbup1:

  13. think the clutch adjustment has solved the problem with clutch slipping thanks for the help. dan.
  14. Also check the flexi line as these can implode and hold on to line pressure after you have taken your foot off the pedal and it keeps the clutch slightly depressed although the pedal returns up, a faulty master cylinder can have the same effect, fluid lock can also be a problem if the pipework is close to the exhaust header and the fluid has too much moisture in, try changing the fluid. Jeff TT seen this will mention it as well. dan.
  15. not sure what clutch came out but he replaced it with a blue point one, will mention the pedal adjustment thanks. dan.
  16. West replaced the clutch on his Z because it was slipping only to find that the new clutch is slipping! any help and advise i know would be much appreciated. dan.

  19. mine came out the garage today for the first time in over a year! hooked up the battery turned it over a few times with the fuel pump fuse out to get the oil moving and she fired up first time once fuse was back in place!:clap: gotta get the centre's off the brake disc's powdercoated same colour as Brembo calipers now! :yes: dan.:cool3:

  23. i agree thats why i fitted the driftworks kit and a na pump ect but that can be expensive! dan.:cool3:
