hi peeps just got some anthracite leather to get rid of the tweed on my panals as they are stained and nasty has anyone ever recovered theirs ..if so how hard is it and has anyone any tips/advise on how to do it many thanx in advance matty

got mine off ebay and used the instructions on the club site to fit it . it took about an hour and loads of skin but worth it like hellraiser i shortened it further and it feels mint and changes quickly well worth doing
