I wouldn't go off the standard temp gauge bud. I've just put a Koyo in mine and that will do the job, Zcentre £268 to my door can't be bad.

What make of gauge is it? Try and find out what sender came with the gauge and use the same type.

Depends on how long you leave it, it will if you do it to quick. I had time to let mine settle and it’s still looks ok a year on. You need to use good 2K primer filler.
