Hi all, I’ve been out of touch for I bit because I’ve been starting a new business (which I will make more clear when it’s up and running). The cars been on hold for a bit but when I have a bit more time I will finish it off, I’ve got the stillen back bumper and spoiler to spray up and fit then it’s done. Just thought I’d let you know I’m still around. :D

Where I live most of the roads are 60mph, most of them are two lanes but very wide. One day I was driving home, looked at my radio for a spilt second, when looked up and there was a car coming towards me on the wrong side of the road. Good job it was only a spilt second I took my eyes off the road. The car coming the other way forced me to drive into the gutter; this happens all the time and yesterday morning on my way to work a bike crashed into the side of a car doing the same thing.

I get this a lot 4 x 4 and BMW these poeple never learn, he will be doing the same thing right now.

The best way to learn how to spray is to do it, and yes this spray gun is not up to the job of spraying a car or even a panel but it is a good chance to be able to learn. Do not use 2K if you are just learning to spray (it is dangerous); if you feel you are good enough to have a go at a car you will need a 3hp compressor with a 50L tank and a HVLP gun. You would be looking at about £400 for a set-up like this, but to start with use a 50% colour or lacquer to 50% thinners.

I bet the number plate didn’t come cheap.

The 300zx is a true sports car, GTOs and Rx7s are sports cars. A Scooby is a saloon car same as the hot hatches but with more power, drive past in a Z and people will look, drive past in a Scooby and it’s just another saloon car.

This is the re-spray I did on mine, the pictures are dark but it is the same blue as yours.

Best thing to do is send it to me and I will do it for free, how does that sound. My first Z was the same colour as yours and I still have some paint in that colour. PM me. :D
