Let the bodging begin.
Looks like the front cover lens is a strange size, you may find it difficult to get replacements once they get covered in spatter.

Good luck try not to set your hair on fire from all the sparks, as Retro620ti say use gas (argoshield light) as the nasty chemicals in the fluxed cored wire will turn your brain to mush. He's right about the auto darkening helmet as well as you will be starting the weld in the correct place instead of three inches away from where you want to be. http://www.bocindustrial.co.uk/bocindustrial/product_information/gas/shielding_gases/argoshield/argoshield_light.asp http://www.bocindustrialbook.co.uk/Published/Home/ref_10_3_1_1.htm

Adjustable Front Upper Arms
My tyres are wearing on the inner edge and the garage that fitted my new tyres and adjusted my tracking advised me the camber would need sorting if the wear didn't get better. How easy are these to fit and what is likely to go wrong if I do it myself?

Over heating problem
Fitted a new radiator to my Zed yesterday, used to idle at about 95 and got way over 100 when driving it hard. Now it idles at 83 rising up to 86, still only running with water in so hopefully it might drop a degree or 2 when I put some coolant in and fit the new rad cap I have on order!

MAF Part Numbers
I need to buy a new MAF and have seen quite a few on ebay, they all claim to be for 300's but do they need to be exactly the same part number. My MAF part number is 22680 30P00, will one with part number 22680 6IU00 work ok on my car?
