Driving the other night on the way home from work my car was fine, anyway later in my journey i put my foot down a bit and gave it a bit of a thrashing. when i parked up i heard a tapping noise coming from the engine, not sure where from. Its the second time its happened. On start up its fine give it a bit of a thrashing and i get a tapping noise. The oil level was checked a couple of weeks ago and was fine, im just worried its the bottom end. Any ideas please

Thanks, ill give that a go this weekend. Someone did tell me that there is a pipe you can take off and if u can blow and suck on the pipe ( this is going bring some funny answers :rofl: ) then it might not be the booster but something else. sorry its not much but i was told a long time ago.

Clutch booster i think has had it, been told there is a pipe i can disconnect and block as a temp fix. Has anyone any pics what pipe this is please as im bit confused to what pipe it is.
