  3. Her in doors does the same, and i hate the smell of burnung fish :hurl:
  4. As i thought, i wasnt convinced either :)
  5. speak to or take it to Andy Duff mean while this may help PCV valves Number 8 on the pic there is 1 each side
  6. Ive also heard if there is a Gatso on a duel carrigeway you cant get nicked if you drive inbetween the 2 lanes as the camera can only take a picture of 1 lane at a time, therefore only getting half the car/reg. How true this is i dont know and dont fancy trying to find out either
  7. CarlZ replied to a post in a topic in General Discussions - Non 300ZX
Sorry to hear that, Spain for you now bud
  8. Looks good vini, more than i could do i wouldnt know where to start :duffer:
  9. Dont sound like turbos to me. White smoke/steam indicates water especially if you have water coming out the exhaust, sounds more like a head gasket with the mayonaising, is the car hard to start? I would get a compression test done
  10. Chances are if the belt snapped at speed you more than likely damaged and bent some valves, i hope this isnt the case though.
  11. Lesbian then
  12. Navy blue knickers will be the next fasionable thing for the girls along with knee high socks, blouses etc before you know it they will be looking like they are in school uniform again Mmm not such a bad idea.
  13. Its down to us, the masses, to do something about it we have a strong enough voice if we all stand together. But as usual the typical Victorian gentleman attitude we have of "must not say or do anything or others may thing bad of me and i wont be seen to be a nice gentleman, and as long as its not in my back yard it dosnt affect me." We have been our own worst enemy with this attitude and its allowed the do-gooders and the Government to walk over us.
  14. Happy birthday bud have a good one :duffer: :duffer:
  15. If you have After market dial faces that stick over the original dials as i have you wont see the fuel warning light come on as they stick over it and block it out.
  16. Hold up, hold up we just applied for a mortgage with Northern Rock which was accepted. Her in doors works for a finance company so she asked the advisers where she works if Northern Rock are still going to be stable enough to give us the money as this guy deals with them all the time. Allthough this has no bearing on this topic, his reply was they will still honour the mortgage but its unlikely they will survive on their own now and will probably get bought up by another company, as the impact of buying the shares probably isnt enough for the companies survival. I just read this thread out to her and she said they are only going up due to everybody buying them, its the demand for the shares that has put them up at the moment and if the big spenders like investment companies decided to sell tomorrow at the higher price they will crash again. Just thought i would mention that.
  17. I feel sorry for the older folk that fought in the war risking their lives to give these scum bags the freedom they have today, what a complete waste of time they must be thinking? And what respect do they get from them, fook all, except being mugged or robbed to fuel their drug habbits. I think there should be some sort of service in the army for offenders, do 'em bloody good, a bit of discipline. You never know some might even like it and make a career out of it. Trouble is its the bloody do-gooders who it dosnt effect that run this country, and they are the ones that have made society what it is today, Oh no you cant chastize the little darlings, its not their fault they have deep rooted problems from a broken home, give 'em a holiday! So what insentive have the kids got to behave? What b0ll0x i came from a broken home and had a shit childhood, i dont go round mugging or robbing people. I miss-behaved i got a wollop and when i was at school i got the slipper or the cane, never done me any harm, im still here, if anything it tought me respect.
  18. Also the oil pressure gauge or temp gauge isnt very reliable, as anyone on here will tell you. Sometimes they read high pressure sometimes they read low pressure, mine does it now and then. Its not usually the pump or the sender at fault, thats why most people fit a good after market gauge
  19. I have the HKS SQV's too have no problems with idle but only get a slight pff just like a womans fart when i come off the gas or change gear at full boost, but get a much better ptsssh when i change gear at a lower boost pressure. Have no adjuster on the rear so prob going to have to strip and shim. You would have to rev the nuts out of it to get the bov's to work when not driving anyway so not a reliable way to tell, but if 1 is leaking i would say thats your problem with the idle as its acting like a boost/vacuum leak
  20. Auto Trader guaranteed a feature
  21. Only about everyone in the country. Where you been your 10 years behind everyone else. They got books too you know?
  22. Use mine daily to and from work and for every other occassion where i need to use the car even for a 2minute drive to Tesco coz im lazy lol. I dont see or have any problems, I think it does a car more harm than good by not driving it. Having said that i hope to be moving soon so the drive to and from work distance will quadruple so the car wont be used so much only for economy reasons, as Glenn said. So the car will go on classic car insurance if it can but will still get used as often as i can as i love to drive it
