Turning the key 55 times didnt help But driving home tonight I saw that my speedo was saying 20mph and my gps and ecu were saying 45mph. Then the speedo suddenly jumps upto 45. So the signal must go from the speed sensor to the ecu, then clocks then back again?

Yeah might try the ignition 50 time then see if the code clears I'm thinking its a fault on my clocks Does the signal go from the speed sensor to the clocks then the ecu then? As my ecu was still reading fine while my speedo was reading 0 so i just thought it was the needle acting up etc

Lol didnt get stuck there, decided not to bother going down there as could see it was full. Parked on the bottom cark park after a bit more sideways action lol A bit late for work this morning, had to go get Adam from Ripley after he killed one of his front rims on a kerb just near his house!

Pas seems fine, my hicas is reamoved and so is the bulb since I last put my clocks in my speedo has been intermittant at times, however the informeter was still reading correctly from the ecu just odd how the code is still there after clearing the ecu and not even starting the car, maybe my clocks are causing it, speedo and informeter still working fine at the moment tho.

Lol wouldnt mind but at one point was basically stuck just able to go sideways lol

Was interesting! First time with rwd in the snow and I can report that its useless! :headvswal No chance of getting up the slightest hill, better after letting rear tyres down but still not good! Went to drop my son off at his mums on the way to work, got about half way up her road at tickover in 1st, 3mph then lost traction. Few revs saw me climbing up the hill sideways but still making progress. I then saw a clean patch of tarmac where a parked car had been and gave up there. Then spotted that I was now parked opposite a side road that was a steep downward hill toward me. Some bloke comes down the road all locked up, front wheels at full lock. Ermmmm I best move then! Good job my rear wheels were on about 6ft of clean tarmac so was able to shove the car forward about 15 feet quickish. He slid all the way down the hill and stopped just before the kerb where I had been parked! I then managed to spin the car round and started down the hill, finding I was going down sideways! Well the only way to straighten this up was to allow the fronr of the car to speed up and come off the brakes. As soon as it was straight i was back on them dabbing like mad, managed to stop at the T junction and onto clear tarmac. Panic over lol

Hmm looks like its not going away, battery left off for 12 hours and it still getting the error. Speed still reading ok though? Someone must have had error 14?

Further down the thread they mention that the 350z has had a VQ engine so there must be a good reason why Nissan used it. Just look at the new gtr, no straight six in sight!

Huh? Left the battery off over night but still got the error? Speed sensor is working fine however as the readout on my infometer shows the correct speed all the time from the ecu. Anyone else had error 14?
