mmmmmmm,tps 0.35v,swear it was .45v yesterday,idles high about 1000rpm,will set tps and adjust base idle etc,never enough bloody time in the day is there,rush rush rush,kids of school to,need a holiday,god do i :rolleyes:

This may help,if all timing marks allignend correctly,and the auto tensioner stopper bolt in place,do as in pic,then remove stopper bolt,remember to check tension on belts between centre of pulleys,should be no more than 5mm deflection,hope this helps,if not to sure then i suggest wait till someone on here can help further,Tony ps,remove stoper bolt when done ;)

What can cause timing to go from 15 degrees to 25 degrees all of a sudden,Conzult 55,powertest ok,but timing now 25dg,could tell before i checked as it was a little lumpy if ya know what i mean,any ideas wellcome ;) Tony

Just so happens that the guy who did my engine said same a while ago :confused: but i did not think to much of it at the time,as there are so many conflicting stories,but no smoke without fire,maybe,i am using 10-60RS at the moment,nice stuff ;)

First thing i did on all 3 Zs i've had is remove the bonnet lining,its a waste of space,keeps the heat in,one side affect with it removed that gets people looking, is if its raining and your stuck say in traffic jam etc it steams the rain off very quickly and can look dramatic,gets even more attention from other motorist's :D Tony
