Make sure the connector is still there for it, looks similiar to the coil pack connector,near the pcv valve on the underside of the plenum?

It might not run correctly to get through the mot, your best solution maybe to get an 02 sensor asap, I have a spare one here steve that you can pick up whenever you want, but will need it replaced as it is for my car!

Don't know if have five bolts or not, but while you are there you may as well fit some 2fast2cool decat pipes and split downpipes, worth it :) Try tightening the bolts, to the tub they may just not be done up properly!

YOu had better see if the block the garage buys has been rebored and then you can buy a suitably sized piston to fit?

Where did you get it serviced, the thing is it could be a whole range of things, and since it only appeared when you gave the car some beans it is sounds like a intermittent problem.

Just the opposite the more free flowing you can make a turbo system the better as you will avoiding backpressure the enemy of a turbo system! With an NA system you are right!

We all know that the MAF we have does not like water, but the position of most number plates on imports allows water in through the top vent on the bumper straight onto the MAF! Have got to admit the no plate position on the UK car, stop this occuring, so maybe contributes to UK cars rumoured improved relaibility?

Depending on the age of your zed, it is immune from decat restrictions because it is not on the DVLA's database!

Also you can a small backbox in the test pipe, to help with noise if you want?

Use hair clippers to trim it, and when you wash it don't use soap but shampoo, stops it being itchy!
