There are some relays in the drivers side corner of the engine bay, have replaced some that have gone bad and they were affecting the tickover, IIRC they control the clutch booster tanks which can also give boost leaks!

To be truthful the only thing I found hks to be good at making were turbos, I would get a set of blitz bovs or uprated recircs if I were you? Give us your full spec then stop hiding it :)

To run two bar on a zed would be exceptional, the turbos would not last long and neither would the engine. But the HKS bov's are reputed not to be the best and have had rumours of them leaking boost!
