WHy don't you just buy brand new cores from conceptz, they are cheap and there is rarely much else wrong with the turbos, if there is it is cheaply resolved!

Turbo dynamics do a good turbo, they sell the GT25r which is the same turbo as JWT 530, my only issue with TD is the silicon intake hose they use, this runs too close to the exhaust manifold and will deteriorate. If they are used then wrap the exhaust manifold and the silicon hose as well, the 530s are machined to accept the oem intake pipe.

With bigger turbos they will give you cooler air at the same psi, which means it contains more O2 this means it needs more fuel to not run lean. Also larger turbos will run higher boost at higher rpm, meaning more fuel required, 15psi at 6000 rpm needs more fuel than 15psi at 5000rpm, if you get my drift:)

In case you don't know, stock injectors won't flow enough for 15 psi on jwt 530's, 11 psi would be about the limit.

This one should not cause a problem at it is a random orbit polisher, the rotary polishers are the ones that can cause issues in the hand of the inexperienced!
