HI, It's about time we sorted ourselves a website and wondered if someone wanted to swap some mechanical work on their zed to build us one! Any help and advice would be appreciated :)

They are R32 Calipers which are the same as Z32 calipers.

Never seen any with shims and never had any joy finding some, have an anti squeal pad I will be trying out soon :)

Usually the price for the parts required is around the 700 mark, so it is 1100ish for the complete conversion!

Too many variables to reply with a definate answer on this!

SMIC's are the best, the pace SMIC's are the biggest you can get, the greddys are the best IMO! FMIC for very big bhp rebuilds!

Yes it can be done, but just as much agro as pulling the engine :(

I must admit I do like the fact that these people watch top gear and go and pay 30k+ for these cars thinking they are demi gods on the road, only to be humbled by us lot using a bit of hard work and some common sense :o

On my private motorway and said BMW owner is sandwiched to my backside in traffic, traffic clears and I floor it getting more and more car lengths in front! This happens several times and when I hit traffic again his answer is to swerve across three lanes of motorway and undertake for 200 yards on the hard shoulder, he must really have a small weener :xxx:

The greddy turbos are great, the garrett turbos are great, but you can't compare them on stock (even ported) manifolds, stock manifolds and big turbos is like an asthmatic trying to breath through a straw :)

Are you losing coolant, this should give you a fair indication?

Another little tip when fitting Hard Pipes! Do a boost leak check, using one of Vijays BLD's :D, just to make sure everything is airtight, it's good practice to do these on routine basis anyway!

Pooopra saw me on a side road and speeded past, I came out of side road and soon caught up, Poopra tried his best to get away but I was firmly stuck to his arse for 4-5mins, there was no opportunity to overtake :mad: Then he turned of onto a small dead end cos I think he had enough, looked slightly tuned with an exhaust, can't understand what all the fuss is about Poopras :D
