  1. Will keep an eye out for this (not literally of course, in a zombie ;))
  2. Another stunning picture mate.. If I still had my wide-arch, I would have been commissioning a picture, and happy to pay ;)
  3. Thanks for the comments guy's. WOW.. I was planning on putting it up about a £1000 less than that.. Like best offer over £2K for quick sale.. Seeing as the tailgate needs re-painting, and spoiler re-fitted. Will be sad to let it go actually.. It flies, and is so smooth.. But needs must (again :()
  4. Fantastic looking car IMO :) Trying to convince my sister to buy one ATM.
  5. A genuine 'What's it worth' thread.. Given the current financial climate.. What do you guy's think I should be asking for my 1993 TT Auto I just took in part exchange? 1993 - L Reg - Series 2. 140,000 KM. Imported 2005 & Purchased for £5K off forecourt. Some Japanese service history.. Last in 2004 Looks like the cambelt was last changed @88,000 KM and checked @107,000 KM 2 UK owners. Twin Turbo Auto - Power mode auto box. 10 months MOT & TAX. Chipped ECU (chip unknown). HKS Boost controller. Tein Coilover adjustable suspension alround. Stainless steel exhausts-JASMA. Recaro interior (good condition). Air-con.. just re-gassed. New injectors. The boot has been de-spoilered, and had a rough matt black re-paint.. Needs attention. The series 2 polyurethane spoiler is included, just needs re-fitting.. Ideally, completely respray the tailgate. Couple of strange marks on the bonnet. Small dink on T-TOP (drivers side). No rust evident on body panels. Standard engine bay. Very clean underside. No stereo equipment included, but amp leads etc. left in. No alarm. An astonishingly fast zed - Seriously, it's pretty scary :) Not sure if it's on uprated turbo's.. Haven't looked. The pictures make the bodywork look better than it is.. There are some bumper scrapes, small cracks in the rear lights. Slight brake judder when heavy braking, but does stop very well. Prospect for tidying up, and making a nice little profit.. Or very good base for a wide-arch conversion/modify.
  6. If the CAS is faulty it stops the injectors working (hence no fuel).. I can't remember if you still get a spark though.. Sorry I can't be more helpful :(
  7. It gets up to 100mph+ very quickly on my private track ;) I haven't tried the power/hold switch on the auto box yet :)
  8. I'm always working these days Athene, building the business back up :) But I'm sure we will have that drink one day soon ;)
  9. I never cease to be amazed by these cars.. I have recenetly (yesterday) taken a 1993 twin turbo auto in part exchange against my wide-arch manual TT, its got a chipped ecu & boost controller.. I cannot believe how rapid it is!! I've always thought I would only ever want manual zeds, and that's all I've had until now (TT & NA), but I've changed my mind.. These auto's are amazing.. The pick-up is outstanding.. And kick-down is awsome.. GREAT fun to drive :) V E R Y ... I M P R E S S E D
  10. We pay a local glass firm to come out and remove ours from Porsches @£25.00 a time. We used to do them ourselves, but broke/damaged 7 out of 10 on average :(
  11. What wheels you looking to swap with buddy? Aftermarket, or standards?

  14. Oooh.. Was it Bobgenie in his new 600BHP zed? I'm looking forward to spotting this in Southampton :)
  15. Hi Carl.. Personally, I would fit a 275 to a 10j wheel, possibly go upto 285. Just my opinion :)
